“I needed to have photos framed and went to my local Michaels' . The woman that helped me was the same that patiently helped me two years ago with another project I needed framed. I had a lot of leg pain, and she could not have been more helpful or kind. Brought me out her stool so I could sit, and kept moving on the project. While she was measuring, another woman shopping said to me "This woman is a gem, she has helped me before." Could not agree more, wish I caught her first name, but I believe her surname is Matano?
