I just finished purchasing the most beautiful
14 k diamond ring! She was very knowledgeable, not pushy, reassuring as to payment options, the warranty, and return policy! I had explained to Yalina that I had had a horrible experience at Bloomingdales and was since very hesitant about my purchase options but Yalina’s confidence, explanation, and the quality of the ring truly convinced me to take this leap of faith. This was a great shopping experience, let’s hope it remains so!
