Generally a good store with great customer service. However some prices are a bit high .. a necklace at 40 when you can get it several places online for 15, a light blub for 15 when you can get it retail for 6 or 7. Furniture and artwork often higher than they are worth. They used to mark down furniture over time but just keep prices high now. Have been to many Restores ... this one does not have a wide selection of things ... the one in Washington NJ is the best. Still, a decent place to check things out ... you never know.

Great experience in donating furniture due to the pick-up driver, Barry! He was professional, helpful, and very kind. The online process of arranging the donation date for pick-up was also very easy. Definitely recommend!

Way over priced .
They go online and pick highest price and rede it 40% sometimes higher than oriogensl price new

I have shopped here multiple times and the items have been good and I feel fairly priced. Customer service is great as well. On items and service I believe they are a solid 4 to 5.
My review score is based on recently (I am not sure for how long) there is no public restroom for customers to use in their store. The bathroom is obviously still there the signs have just been taken down. If you are driving a long distance to only discover there's no restroom what are you suppose to do then?

Picked up a couch and Barry was great. Very competent, courteous and friendly.
Setting up the pick up online was easy but I had to confirm they received my request since I hadn’t heard back.

Wow! This place is a goldmine! Very reasonable prices, great selection of high quality furniture, lighting, decor and office furniture. Also lots of new and unopened overstock items like cabinet hardware, lightbulbs, paint & brushes - pretty much everything you’ll need for your home reno projects! Skip the “semi-disposable” particleboard furniture from overseas and check out Bergen ReStore instead!

All Restores have different things. I've been to 3 others. This location is clean and well organized. Although they didn't have what I was looking for, I still like the pricing of what I did see.

I love this place. I especially love their mission in trying to re-purpose/rehome furniture and other merchandise to those who prefer to buy second hand. Proceeds benefit Habitats for Humanity. The best part is that they do deliver for a small fee. The only advice I’d give is to check the website for the store hours because I know they are closed on Mondays I believe.

I’ve been coming here for years and is my favorite HFH to shop at. Everyone is super nice when I have questions about items and it’s been more than one occasion that they have gone above and beyond in helping me. They have awesome items come in when you spend the time looking you can find some good gems, specially by checking their Facebook page too!

I think they have lost the meaning of their original cause. The prices were outrageous and for items that had crayon and stickers all over them. $200 for an old hutch that looked like it had been picked up off the side of the road... $500 for a cabinet.... The whole point of this store was to raise money by selling reasonably priced furniture as it is donated to the store. $20 for a used lampshade? You can a new one for less than that. Very disappointed.

This place is really nice! I made a big purchase and they were very accommodating and helpful, plus extended the hold period to fit my schedule. Plus, super beneficial cause.

You have to go to passaic county restore great prices and very organized . And the friendliest staff . Left with a full carriage of many supplies needed for my home improvement job. Highly recommended.
