Horrible management in this location bought a pair of sneakers air max 97 which were black and gold worker grabbed it of the display sneaker was literally damaged both did not look the same asked for a discount and brought to the mangers her name was Ari attention she gave me a dirty look and said no plus was rude. Then while she was looking at the sneaker she started pulling on all the loose stitching. Even the male associate that bought me the shoe agreed with me.Some people should not be in a customer service job for the public.
Worst part I contacted there customer service with pictures of the damaged product and they said you can return it back to any store good luck very generic apology almost computer generated. I would never buy a pair of sneakers or clothing from this franchise.

Happy to win a raffle and shop with FNL… What I don’t like is upon purchasing I’m told that I need to make a mandatory donation by one of the staff members. Mandatory and donation doesn’t make any sense especially in the same sentence. Stop attempting to force customers to donate on hyped releases.

Great store, kind of sad that they no longer give a 20% off to military and also that Jordan sneakers are not exclusive in all FL and JD stores.

Worst customer service ever. No respect to customers. Manager is not the right person for this place. Turns his back to customers while talking to him, unprofessional and ignorant. Other employees are ignorant about their products and policies Don't go to this store.

Jahvon is extremely helpful and polite, as opposed to Marco who is practically useless. I asked about a pair of sneakers being in stock, and Marco quickly said “no they’re only online.” But when I checked the Finish Line website, I saw that the exact shoes were available for pick up at Willowbrook for the same day. So I went back in and spoke with another worker, Jahvon, who went in the back 3 different times to make sure I got the correct pair and size. I ended up leaving with the exact pair I wanted. Marco could have done the same, but for some very odd reason he just chose… not to do his job?

This is really a nice store to shop at really great atmosphere , except for this one dude he has the worst smelling breath, you doing customer service, you gotta make sure your personal hygiene is on point, the guy with the tattoo, he recently cut his hair, I been smelling his breath every time I come to the store , with all respect due .
