Everyone working there was nice, helpful, attentive, but most importantly they were very professional. They were all very thorough in explaining everything and knew what they were doing. I really liked the fact that there is a screen in front of you where you are able to see what they are doing while they are filling it out and filing your taxes. You can also confirm if the information entered was correct. Mr. Patawaran was very nice and easy to speak with, and very professional with a sense of humor. Lastly, the place was very clean and they had a coffee machine with a variety of coffee as well as snacks for you to help yourself with as you are waiting. Overall, it was an excellent and great experience, and I will continue going there to have my taxes taken care of and refer others to them.

Most painless experience of my life, the staff was so welcoming upon entering the office, the process itself was concise, well put together and easy to follow.
I will be recommending to my friends, not only do you get your taxes done with the upmost confidence . You also get a song, a hug, and even a puppy if you're lucky. :)

This office is a joke. I've been a customer for over 20 years. I showed up to my appointment, waited 20 minutes and another couple came in that were also doing their daughter taxes. They jumped the line right over me. After 20 years this is now how you treat a long time customer. I told the lady at the front desk I was skipped. She walked into the room, walked out and told me I had to wait even though they messed up. I told her if I had to wait they just lost a 20 year customer so I walked out to find another accountant that has a much better office staff. Do yourself a favor DON'T COME HERE!!!! Save your time as they don't care about yours.

I called and left a message three days in a row. I have a tax question I need to ask my accountant and he has not gotten back to me yet. It's very frustrating that I can't reach him by phone when I need him nor do they return your messages. Francisco please call me back today.
