Showed up without an appointment and was initially told they were behind of a power outage that they didn’t think they could take another job. After telling the manager it was for father who was stuck he grabbed one of the employees and took care of the tire for me right there. A simple act of kindness goes a long way these days and that type of customer service will have my wife and I going back for years! Thank you again!

45 minutes into a 10hr family roadtrip my TPMS light came on and I found a screw in my tire. Turned around to head to ETD of Wayne where I’ve had some service done before. Even though they were extremely busy Manny got me in and out with a professionally patched tire in about an hour. Thanks guys

We've been going to ETD in Wayne for over 20 years. We trust them implicitly with our vehicles. They are highly reliable and take exceptionally good care of their customers. Our children live quite a distance away and still try to bring their vehicles to ETD for service. I wish I could give 10 stars! A special shout out to Manny and Andy for always going above and beyond.

Manny and team were super helpful getting my TPMS sensors error fixed. I have been to multiple tire shops and no one could figure out the issue. Manny was able to assure me he could get the issue resolved and he did once the correct sensors were installed and programmed to my car. I would definitely recommend ETD Tire to anyone who wants great customer service and quality work completed with their car. They are super personal and make the entire process seamless and pleasent. They also have great pricing. The other shop that could not fix my issue charged me twice the price than ETD. I will be using ETD for all my future car services.

By far, ETD tire in Wayne, NJ, has consistently exceeded my expectations on every visit.
Manny, along with Andy in the office, run an efficient and professional business. I've always compared their services and prices to the dealerships, and in every case, they have provided better service at a lower cost.
Recently, I had an issue with my Tesla vehicle making noise near my tire, and they were able to resolve it quickly.
My wife has an older 2009 Acura TL and she really likes the car. Recently, it needed a bit of work and Andy was super helpful in recommending what needed to be done. For that work, we had a quote from Acura and ETD Was substantially lower and provided high-quality parts
Every year I rotate one of my cars with winter snow tires and whenever I need a new set of tires I always go see Manny at ETD.
You will be very pleased with the service you get from this establishment.

ETD has been my go to repair for many years because they are the quintessential town repair shop, where they know all of their customers, are incredibly helpful, and go out of their way to provide an excellent customer experience. They are very honest about what needs to be done, can be done in the future, and what all the options are, taking the time to explain everything.
On many occasions they helped me out by letting me know if something was covered by my car warranty so I can get it done at the dealership for free.
Just last week, I stopped by because the front hood wasn't closing properly. Andy stepped away from the front desk, fixed it, and gave my car a quick check over, filling up some of the fluids, to make sure everything else was ok while I was there. That's what exceptional service looks like! Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience with ETD. Their professionalism, attention to detail and customer service was unlike anything Ive experienced at other car shops. They greet every customer by name and are wonderful hosts while you wait for your car to be serviced. As a woman with practically zero car knowledge, it’s easy to feel tricked and overwhelmed when it comes to car service. But Manny explained things to me clearly and I found the pricing to be very reasonable for the work being done (oil change, tire rotation and replacing a broken wiper motor). My car is running great and Ill definitely be back when I need service. Thank you, ETD!

I have had work done on my car at ETD in Wayne for several years. From work under the hood (oil change, etc.) to the purchase of new tires, the work done by Manny and "his crew" has been Top Notch. They have excellent knowledge, give good advice, and have shown great kindness and respect. I highly recommend this ETD location!!

Super helpful mechanics! I came here because I was having a hard time starting my car and my car was shaking when braking. They checked my car quickly, made sure I understood what was wrong and pricing, answered all of my questions, and they gave me alternate options to save money since one of the problems could be solved without actually replacing something myself and having to pay for it. Saved me time and money and were so kind and helpful. Loved their waiting area. They do have a lot of customers so just make sure to call in and make an appointment so you aren’t waiting longer than needed. Altogether really great service.

I’ve been taking my car(s) here since my very first vehicle at 17 and these guys are the best! Quality service, VERY fair prices, and a super quick turnaround time. They are always so polite and flexible about scheduling services—I’m not the most knowledgeable about cars but they always explain what should be done and why with no judgement. To top it off, I asked for a recommendation for a body shop to take care of some paint damage at my last visit, and Andy actually took the time to find that the defects are COVERED under warranty by the company for my year, make, and model. Wow! If I could give higher than five stars I would! Even though I don’t live in Wayne anymore I will always make the drive because they are well worth it!!!

Most reliable and trustworthy mechanic's anyware. Always friendly and fair. Good prices, try to help you out when they can. Definitely make an appointment and expect to leave your vehicle if major repairs, they are always busy, Andy and Manny are awesome.

Manny and Andy are amazing! They are both so professional, kind, and really made my experience a breeze. This was my second time returning to ETD in Wayne, almost 2 years apart, and both times Manny and Andy were there to help me.
I cannot speak highly enough of them! I recommend everyone to go to ETD Wayne for all their tire needs!
