In December I ordered a custom volleyball for my daughter for Christmas. It arrived Christmas Eve, and when I opened the package, I was so upset. It looked NOTHING like what they had advertised. I contacted the shop twice, and due to not receiving an email back, I posted something on their Facebook page. Which they have deleted. Eventually the owner contacted me via Facebook, and apologized, and promised to send me a new ball. I just received it today. However when I opened it, I realized it looked IDENTICAL to the ball I received in December. The example posted on instagram looks nothing like the ball I received. There's no background color, the letters aren't hooked together. To be honest, it looks like I took a sharpie that was running out of ink and did it myself. The paint is chipping again. It's one thing if the paint chips a little, but it's another completely different thing if you advertise a different product. Which they have done, and continue to do, consistently. There's absolutely no way you can look at these photos and tell me this is a quality product. It's an embarrassment to be quite honest. And I wish I had read reviews of this shop before I ordered. They obviously have a reputation. And not a good one.

Shoulda read the reviews before ordering. Terrible customer service. No one calls or emails back. My order for Christmas never arrived, and they still haven’t refund my money. Ended up having to dispute the charge to my account to get a refund.

I’m not sure what the previous posts were complaining about, we were in a global pandemic when their orders were being issued, but mine showed up within days after purchase. Candace and the girls were amazing and my clothes came in great condition. Will definitely purchase again.

I would suggest not ordering from here very poor customer service most places you order you get it within 2 wks at the most here well don't expect too much. I ordered over $200 worth of items over 3 wks ago and still haven't seen a thing. I will start reading reviews though because this place doesn't have good ones. I'm an idiot. I won't be next time! Happy Holidays

I wish I could give NO stars. The customer service is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I have written 4 emails to have my ordered returned and have called and never got an answer back. I placed an order on 11/16/19. My order did not get to me until 12/20/19. I knew it would be long because I had a pre ordered item but didn't know it would take 4 weeks. When I got the 2 shirts, they were nothing like the shirts pictured on Instagram and the website advertising the shirts. I have previously ordered in 2018 and never had a problem but this order was terrible. Wouldn't recommend. All I wanted what to return the items and get my money back but that's hard to do when the boutique won't answer your emails or phone calls!!!

The WORST customer service EVER! I have written 4 emails to have my ordered returned and have called and never got an answer back. I placed an order on 11/16/19. When I got the 2 shirts, they were nothing like the shirts pictured on Instagram and the website advertising the shirts. I have previously ordered in 2018 and never had a problem but this order was terrible. Wouldn't recommend. All I wanted what to return the items and get my money back but that's hard to do when the boutique won't answer your emails or phone calls!!!

I ordered a zip up hoodie (printed with "protecting my blowout" on the back and on the hood with the print in black). The material of the sweatshirt was supposed to be a "super soft" dark heather gray with almost like a fraying on the edges. Very cute hoodie sweatshirt and I was excited to get it. I placed this order on March 2nd and received my order on March 19th and couldn't have been more disappointed when I opened the package. Instead of receiving what was pictured online, I was sent a sweatshirt which was a cheap material that you could purchase in the men's workout section at Walmart - in a complete different shade of gray. Also - the writing wasn't even in black - it was written in white. A totally different look than was was pictured on their website. If this is what she was selling, I wouldn't have wasted my time and ordered it for almost $70 or $75. I emailed back and forth and the store owner Candace apologized and said she would send me what I ordered ASAP. Obviously she was trying to pull a fast one and send me old stock thinking she could get away with it. Very confusing how a store owner is so careless if she was being truthful, which I don't believe. She said she sent my package on Friday the 22nd with priority expedited shipping and it's now the 26th and I still don't have it. She has the nerve to send me an email today complaining that I disputed the charge through PayPal. Smh. Word of advice - don't order from this place unless you want to get aggravated.

Worst customer service!! Ordered something via Instagram, they take your money via PayPal and never follow up on your order! I've emailed numerous times and no answer!! I'm out $180 and no answer from the store owner Candice Chuy!!! Don't order from here!!! Stay away!
