Andrew was courteous and most helpful when the self checkout was ringing the incorrect pricing. He quickly fixed the issue without making me wait, even though he was working elsewhere in the store.

Preakness cvs Wayne was not able to fill a prescription right away and said to follow up the next day. I called the next morning for this urgent medication and the pharmacist said it hasn’t arrIved yet as they did not carry this on site. They had ordered it to be delivered. I went to the store in person in the afternoon and they still didn’t have the medicine. Meanwhile I was feeling sicker. I asked when can I get my medicine, they stated perhaps the next day. Their hands were tied. I asked “where is the medication coming from, Georgia?” They said “no, it’s coming from cvs pequannock “ I said loudly “ you withheld my necessary medication that was in a location ONE TOWN OVER?!?!” I could’ve picked it up myself!!!! CVS Preakness CHOSE to delay my care. I drove to pequannock and picked up the medication myself, and complained to the pharmacist there as well as writing in to customer service to complain. NO ONE ADDRESSED MY COMPLAINT. I never heard back from any cvs representative. This was terrible customer service. TERRIBLE.

The worst CVS ever. Hospital called in a prescription needed for a procedure but pharmacy did NOT tell them they close for a "break" from 1:30-2. I got there in a panic and they refused to hand me the one pill he needed. I pleaded with them - isn't there some sort of ethical duty of a pharmacist to help? And why on earth does both the pharmacist and cashier take a break at the same time? If they staggered their break, they could service the customers who obviously NEED their medications. Giovanni, the supposed store manager, was no help whatsoever when I explained the situation. He said it was "too bad" and I had to wait until 2 (the actual time of the medical procedure). I will never go back there - not only are they rude but the entire store has been dirty and run down lately. I gave it one star but it deserves zero.

update store hours please. both your website AND doors are providing false information as to what time the store is open and accessible... i arroved 8:38 because it says store opens at 8 and pharmacy at 9, so why were the doors still locked?

The store manager Giovanni is disrespectful. When he had to ring me up because the pharmacy couldn't he called me a b***h refused to ring me up until I went to get the pharmacist. He was completely unprofessional and doesn't deserve to be the manager with his complete lack of costumer service skills

myFeb. 4 at approximately1115am. Instead I rang for the cashier who was so polite and attentive Jeralynn, she was happy to go look for diapers, which she found. She asked me if I needed any other help and checked me out with accuracy and in a timely manner.

Cvs at Preakness Shopping Center needs attention from its management, it needs help and improvements. Outdated compared to other Cvs storesIt’s essentially carrying what you would expect from a CVS. The store itself is fine, a bit run down and doesn’t appear to be properly managed. Cashier is overwhelmed. Photo center had issues and appeared to be left as is until I mentioned my order. I spent too much time here today.
