One person to run the entire store left me without the ability to get a key to use the bathroom...despite telling that manager i need the key now...I could not wait after somehow waiting 7 and ran out the store just to see the man training some kid! I said what the you know what ..and i went outside and let him and the store know. Now, it's the district manager who's going to get much more detailed and a very angry and ultimatum. I made my disability clear and my rights were not afforded under the ADA. That, filing with the federal government was already done. You do not mess with me and any disabled person illegally and you don't run a store when you are the only one there and lie about giving the key yet acknowledge the demand of affording rights under the ada. and this review which will be pinned because I'm a Google business manager. That really was not the right move as I'll need to disable the access because of the false information provided in the profile which is against Google TOS. So this will remain here pinned for all to see and i will hand this to the team while I disable and not delete anything as this should be helpful for anyone who would visit or consider. I'll use another business account to review further about the terrible pharmacy

Went to pick up script . Extremely under staffed . They said wait will expedite script . 30 minutes later went to check to see what happened and they say sorry we don’t have it in stock . All other pharmacies closed . Should have said that in the first place so you don’t make people just sit around and wait . Incompetent .

Second time in one week the CVS has told me that we picked up a prescription, that we did not pick up. We picked up other prescriptions. Now the insurance will give me a hard time, so I have to pay out of pocket. Someone needs to call us from 2440 Hamburg Tpke Wayne, NJ. Is your staff stealing medications, and saying it was picked up? Something is definitely wrong. One was for my husband and one was for me. I just spoke to the pharmacist and Grace. Both were totally useless.

I liked it. It had everything I was looking for and labeled all the deals pretty clear. I think using coupons and reading the weekly deals is the way to go when shopping there. It’s not much of a learning curve to access extra bucks and make an account so I’d really recommend, if you have time, make one and then look through coupons before heading in.

The pharmacist JOE !!! Is so rude and disrespectful he is suppose to help people meanwhile he’s yelling people addresses out date of birth and prescriptions out CVS really should be ashamed to have someone like him in the front and working with such sensitive information I will NEVER come back to CVS again !!!

Tried on 2 occasions to purchase deodorant which is locked up. Both times there were no employees on the floor or at the register to open the cabinet. Left with nothing. They need more employees!

First of all I do love CVS.
At the CVS on Hamburg Turnpike Corey got me all set up with ExtraCarePlus! So easy..I chose monthly. At home now I easily switched to Yearly for a great savings of $12!
What’s not to like! Kudos to Corey who checked me out at the register and got me signed up for ExtraCarePlus (I already had an Extra Care Card for many years).
Thank you, Corey for your expert & kind help!
And also anyone there is great at tending to customers needs. A huge Thank You!

Avoid this specific CVS like the plague. My husband needed a medicine that got transfered without my knowledge to another pharmacy and when he arrived to the other CVS, they were stuck for an hour trying to figure it out until they realized this cvs didnt complete their job. Unfortunately my poor husband had to make the drive all the back due to the urgency of the medicines, and upon arrival the Pharmacist was completely unprofessional (I forgot his name) and he was yelling at my husband. We decided to take our prescriptions back to the original CVS where we got it filled. Turns out this one never did their job even when requested. Wasted my day during a holiday no less.

Avoid this Mintue Clinic as much as you can. I was 5 minutes late to my appointment today due to Covid and traffic. I wanted to get a rapid test and the doctor cancelled my appointment without a phone call or email after I was late, and when I arrived knocked on the door and talked to her she said no.
