$10.00 for a box of Cereal!! That's disturbing!!! Not to mention the self check out lines are ancient or broken 1/2 the time. They make You wait forever to pick up your prescription and make mistakes that no other place would. They need to get with the times and update

I went to CVS a few days ago to see if they had the new birthday cake Kit Kat, which they did not. A nice store clerk told me the birthday cake is a seasonal variety and may have still been in storage. The staff restock the shelves as they empty, so after a while the birthday cake would show up. Still I walked in today and could only find regular Kit Kat bars.

I don’t understand why is people complaining about the pharmacy. Wait I do is cause is old ppl with no patience whatsoever??.. anyway my experience has been very much great. My new born had some medicine which we need to pay for due to insurance not working just yet and the pharmacist was nice enough to give us back a refund after the insurance was activated. The staff was professional and of course we had to wait as to any other place you go to nowadays ??♀️ but overall ever was fine.

Run as fast as you can from the pharmacy at CVS Ratzer Road Wayne. The staff are rude. It’s time to go someplace else. It’s too bad the staff used to be a pleasure and very helpful.

Rude, unprofessional pharmacy staff. Asked for assistance finding an alternative to a medication so I could discuss it with my doctor. This is after THEIR website told me to call the pharmacy to discuss. They could not even give me an idea of what was in stock versus what had to be ordered. Here is a bit of advice for their staff: If you are going to protest and make noise about working conditions and try to garner support, you might want to act with more courtesy toward the public. You need us more than we need you.

2440 Hamburg Tpke is a great pharmacy. The staff is extremely helpful and treat all with curtesy and politeness. Highly recommended

If you don’t have anything to do, it’s a great place to wait on line.The pharmacy is comically incompetent. Plan on 30-45 to pickup a script. (Not drop off and wait. Waiting on a line to get a filled script.Bring a book - or something to do. Maybe save some callbacks, or emails to return. You are going to be there a while - regardless of the amount of people on line.

Worst pharmacy ever. I've been trying to get my (mental health medication) renewed for 3 weeks. Running very low and calling them to get this fixed. I had to cut down so I could wean off the med instead of having to stop cold turkey when I ran out because that's not good to do with mental health meds. They were seriously not helping. I switched to another pharmacy and they called my dr, got the info, and I had what I needed in half an hour. Don't go to this pharmacy. Go literally anywhere else would be better. I won't even go to another CVS. This place SUCKS. SERIOUSLY SUCKS. I rage quit them and had the meds I needed in half an hour. Rather than 3 freaking weeks! Seriously. DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY. Save yourself the rage quit. They're awful. Would give negative stars if I could.
