We've been coming to this Costco location for a while because of their convenience in location and options. There is plenty of parking depending the day and time you go! I like this location because of the amount of food options and larger departments within the store. They have good prices on certain foods, meats, and cleaning products. Their alcohol section is pretty well priced as well!

Gio from tires department if you having a bad day. Don't go to work. If you don't like your job find one you do like. As a long time customer I don't need your bad service.

I went to Costco Optical for my regular glasses and sunglasses. A very sweet gentleman by the name of Kerne helped me with my glasses. He was so helpful my daughter and I were hoping he was there when we picked them up. He was!! We were told the glasses would be ready in 7 to 10 days. They were ready for pickup in 4 days!! Awesome experience!! Kerne was also awesome!!

I'm just not sure why if you work in a department that is supposed to provide "service" which I would think optical would technically fall into a medical field at that, that you just couldn't be a little bit nicer and not seem like people irritate you. Just my two cents. (This review is only for the desk not for the optician.)

The manager for this site is a little bit behind. The return area is very difficult fir the customer yo go through. They could make this customer service area at inner side of the same location. I never see restaurants inside the store. They can open the restaurant door or windows out side and move the customers service table from the exit door to the restaurant area. I feel very bad when deciding to go to this location. I rather drive few more miles and go to the other ones. I the manager take care of the customers who want to return their unwanted merchandise.

Prices are up and regular monthly sales like on vitamins haven't been same and not as frequent.Produce always seems high. Like their cases of water. Love their brand toilet paper and paper towels. I can make paper towels last long time. Occasionally get frozen meals when on sale. Costco at Clearwater Fl has sausage Pattie's are amazing for get brand, they used to go on sale like once a month price way up haven't seen on sale in long time. Hit or miss on other items only will buy if on sale.Nice thing is no coupons to clip just sale prices.Family love quick pizza can't go wrong for price and 25 cent bottle of water.

This is the closest Costco with wine and beer. There's always something new to try on the sample carts. Parking is a mission no matter what time of day you go. There's a car section, home section, clothes, garden, toys, printer ink, appliances, and plenty of other sections not food related. There's a tire shop out front where you can get air. A standard Costco experience.

Here my reviews for COSTCO OPTICIAN WAYNEVisited Costco Optical Wayne last week, I have been greeted well by an executive she did check my prescription and advised me to select one of the frames available in store.The moment LILIANA (Optician) comes in picture everything turns gloomy, SHE IS RUDE, doesn't care to attend to help, act like a ROBOT.Finally she refused to take my sight glasses order comments, "I can not accept this prescription, sight prescription to be on doctor's letterhead, however my prescription does shows doctor's digital signature and specifically mention it doesn't require any reference. Also, showed her my doctor receipt. She refused taking my prescription, mentioning - my license is on RISK if I consider this prescription.Oh, is it...I left Costco Wayne store and landed at Costco East Hannover Route 10. You won't believe it, Optician at Costco East Hannover is really helpful, she did guide me through their process, and took my order very moment she check my same prescription earlier refused by Costco Wayne..Today I received my glasses and I am really happy with Costco East Hannover Optician service..Folks. DO NOT VISIT COSTCO WAYNE OPTICALS.Instead take a visit to COSTCO EAST HANNOVER OTICALS.

The optical department needs some serious managing. The last six months or so the waiting time has been ridiculous. Like watching paint dry slow. And don't blame it on Covid. The same 3-4 people are working there. Its understandable that customers who need to order glasses or have glasses adjusted or even repaired takes a little time. However, there needs to be a separate line for customers who are just picking up contacts that have been paid for. I waited nearly 30 minutes just to pick up contacts. Thank god for Liliana. She manages to accommodate 2-3 times the customers that everyone does. And why even bother having a phone extension for this department. No one answers the phone. I spent nearly an hour calling one day. I finally gave up and drove to the store where I witnessed the phone ringing constantly and literally every employee completely ignoring it. No one is too busy to just pick up the phone. AND FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, change the ticket number for every new customer! Its not that complicated!

Terrible experience here last week. After I left, I still Couldn't shake it and called the store. I left a message for the manager since they were busy and couldn't take my call. It's been over a week and still no call back, despite assurances that I would get a call back that day. This alone says a lot about the customer service and management at the Wayne location. If they can't find time to take my call over a rude experience, maybe they can find time to read my yelp review? I was in line checking out. The cashier called over another employee, Monica. Monica proceeded to ask me over and over again to upgrade to the black Costco card. I told her no multiple times. When she finally realized that she was not going to get my sale, she rolled her eyes and said to the cashier, "well I guess some people just don't like saving money" laughed and walked away in a huff. Are you kidding me? I pay a membership fee to shop here, not to be harassed while I am shopping to upgrade that membership. Please rethink your sales tactics.

Honestly my favorite Costco to go to in the Tri-state. This warehouse has hard liquor at such.a competition price and even has some Asian goods as well. Lines aren't too long - even on the weekends so you're not queued up for hours. Ample parking, friendly staff - don't have anything to complain!

A great Costco in a very busy area haha! My wife has a membership here and she sometimes allows me to come along. We do not have a home store, but we usually go to the Clifton one. Ever since covid, it has been hit and miss with some of our favorites... We loved their chicken cordon blues, but we haven't seen them anywhere in quite some time. One thing to note here that many stores have a separate liquor store, but this one is inside the main store. Other than that it is a typical Costco. No big issues. They frequently have samples of totally random things which I love. We were able to give my 15 month old some fun snacks while shopping! Other than that, it is a typical Costco, staff is decently friendly. Store is a ZOO! So many people, and some are kind of rude. Please stand to the side, do not stop in the middle blocking the aisle etc. All in all a nice Costco, great selection, good service.

I found a pallet in my muffin and I refuse to believe it was by mistake...if this is what people are doing to the food we are shopping for I don't want it!
