This is my second feedback on Columbia bank branch in 1504 NJ 23 North, Wayne NJI am so humble to give this feedback about the staff ( SHAN BATTAL ) TANEA LIGHTY) and (CGRISTIAN SERRANO)they are amazing people and i love to deal with them and I refuse to go to any other branch, they are very professional and polite and happy . they put so much effort to satisfy and give the best service to us.they always have a smile and they treat there customers the best ,i would like to thank them for all there help and support and wish them more and more of success

I just want to share my experience with Columbia bank location in Wayne in Rt 23 north .I always deal with Jose and Chris and they are a wonderful tellers, they always have a big smile and always provide the best services. Jose and Chris are very Proffesional down to earth and they go above and beyond to give the best service to the customers, I wish if I have employee like them .They deserve a promotion and to be in a higher position. Hands down the BEST customer service!!!!!! I have been banking with this branch for over 2 years and will stay with them forever based on their EXCELLENT customer service! The times when I've needed assistance with my account, debit card, wiring instructions, etc......all I had to do was call my branch and they IMMEDIATELY answered my questions/resolved any issues I was having. These days, for me, that is HUGE to actually get to deal with real HUMANS who listen and care about your banking needs!!

If it were possible I would give them zero stars. Barbara of the Wayne branch and Fabian of the PCTI branch are crooks and liars. I have record evidence of Barbara consenting to a refund of a fee taken out of my account and Fabian denied the request. Upon calling Barbara and Fabian again to ask why, Barbara threatened me by saying she’s going to close my account if I don’t stop calling what apologizing and hanging up After I’ve checked my account, all of my accounts were closed and And after calling back no one is able to tell me why my accounts were closed and we’re all my money went. I’ve called customer service 14 times today and have requested to speak to marketing managers and yeah it’s been a game and I’ve been transferred from person to person with no help and I am furious at Columbia Bank and their staff, this is no way to run a business let alone a bank. I promise you’ll be hearing more from you

The best staff I have ever dealt with at a bank , not to mention the Branch Manager Angela Mattina is one of the best bankers I have ever dealt with!!
