Only 2-3 cashiers waited 25 min on line. Upper management doesnt care. Store is a mess. No bathrooms. Nothing. Stay away from this location. They need to hire more people this is stupidity..and they will respond to this review as we are sorry blah blah yet havent done anything about it. Its been months!!! Hire people!!

Very unfair because it is a place where many people go. For example, now I went with my parents, elderly men who can't stand much, and I asked them as a favor because my dad wanted to use the bathroom and very shamelessly they called me a lady with a bad face. the bathroom is only for employees ????

Perfect service ? From Queen Nyah ? I love how she was very friendly and very helpful the clothes were very clean walking out the door. Outside parking is exceptional ? ? My mother and father were just as pleased as I with our purchases. To and for the public, if you're looking to get clothes for great prices, I strongly ? ? recommend Burlington. I want to mention that I have been a customer of Burlington for many years, but last Saturday, while shopping I had the need for a bathroom, he directed me to the back where they are located, I was surprised to not find them, when trying to ask An employee was on her cell phone talking, she didn't pay any attention to me, when I asked another employee she told me there are no bathrooms for customers, so they should stay with their employees and buy themselves, I had to go to Home Decor where they kindly lent me a bathroom, logically I will not return to this Burlington.

Everything is very good in clothes, shoes, etc. but I don't know why they removed the bathrooms and it is in a place where there is no other place to go and if it is an emergency they removed the bathrooms for the clients.

3.10.2024 This sunday I was in your store in Burlington - Wayne, NJ (#962). I want to complain about a manager whose name is Fedora or Furla or something like that!
4 long lines, about 50 people, only 3 ticket offices open. We stood there for about 35 minutes, maybe 45 minutes!
I asked the manager to add people to the register or to work the register himself, as the managers do at the Nordstrom rack where my wife works.
And she said that she doesn’t know how to work at register!!! and this is not the boss’s business, but after a while she brought another employee and hid hersalf !
And the store is dirty. Look at the pictures I attached : the shelves next to the cash register.

So many times that I go to buy even the credit card I take out and today I am in the store and I needed to use the bathroom and when I go it turns out that I need a password and I ask two employees and they tell me that there is no bathroom and I tell them if it is I have used it other times, they tell me that there are no more bathrooms for clients. In truth, don't count me as a client and I will cancel your card.
