Laura with the blonde hair was super nice and provided me with expert customer service. She saw me looking at my pickup order on a very long line and pulled me off of the line and even though it wasn't ready because they were super busy, she got my items together and got me my order. She could teach a master class in customer service. If she isn't a manager she should be promoted.

First Floor store: I probably visit this store 2-3 times monthly and the Exchange is always subpar at best Between the employees and I but today was different. A sales associate by the name of Shaana assisted me and was not only knowledgeable on Pairing scents but she was also very friendly and patient. Shaanas efficient nature was why I spent the amount that I did and also why I will come back next week.

This review is for the downstairs location in the mall, although filled to the brim with fantastic products, the store is situated where you can walk all over without knocking anything over. It was crowded when I went because of their famous 3 wick candle sale and I was able to comfortably maneuver all over. Recognition to Shanna !!A lovely girl who I showed my phone to with my account and she told me about an offer I didn't even know was on there. So I was able to get more stuff free !!! Cheerful, knowledgeable about every item in that store. I left with terrific purchases, shop early to get what you want or order online and pick up in store when offered. Have your account up on your phone, cellular service is HORRIBLE, you won't be able to get it near the register. I had to run to the front of the store and run back to the register. That didn't bother me as I was thrilled to be there and get my items regardless. Wonderful shopping experience here.

This is my favorite store, my therapy store . I shop here at least every other day . I definitely shop every other weekend . I get greeted so nicely and employees are so friendly because I'm a regular customer. This store makes me so happy .
