I always go to this location, and it is always a great experience. Everyone is knowledgeable and always correct. When they don't have parts available, they order it and are prompt with the follow-ups. They always make things right even when the wrong part shows up they've ordered the right part without charging extra even if the correct part was more. Thanks guys!

Absolute pros. I went there yesterday 5/23/24 because my battery light came Stay on for a few seconds longer after I started my car. They ran a full diagnosis everything came out perfect. The employee took his time to explain to me the situation he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.

Not like old time auto parts store. Staff usually knows nothing except to punch in year make model. Can't and or don't give suggestions or advice. I can do the same they do by ordering online and just go pick up and they still get it wrong. Knowledge is a good thing and alot of part stores don't have it

Great AutoZone, I go out of my way to go to this specific AutoZone. I do so because they're not only VERY helpful but EXTREMELY nice and professional! It's the only place I go when I have the choice!

I went to AutoZone of Wayne in hopes of buying new brakes and as I am talking to the supervisor/manager named paul meredith he cuts me off and says “slow down”, and for the entire conversation which lasted 10+ minutes he may have said “I don’t think you understand what you’re talking about” at least 15 times and when I asked for him to explain it in his terms he was barely even be able to finish a sentence without becoming confused himself. I have never written a bad review for a store before but I couldn’t even have a conversation with this guy without him trying to make me seem like I have never even driven a car before. I get it, I used to work in customer service, it can be tiring, however, there is no need to treat your customers like trash. By the end of the conversation I had to walk out without buying anything, not without him trying to yell disrespectful comments at me as i walked out of the door. I’m not sure what was wrong with the guy but I’m never coming back to the store I’m not putting myself through dealing with a man like that.
