“UPDATE:
I called them and was asked to bring the vehicle back which I did. They replaced the wheel trim and cleaned the inside of the car. Therefore I'm changing my review from a two star to 4. Will not give 5 stars because I shouldn't have to call to complain. But with that being said they addressed the problem, so all is good.
Initially I had left a nice review without taking a close look at the car...yes my mistake. But now that I looked at more closely I'm changing my review to a two star rating due to how filthy they left the inside of the car.
And a few days later the wheel well trim is popping out. Yes, I will call them ..”

I pulled into the lot and after a quick discussion with Mike, service manager, I was able to get my tire changes and the spare put on my Chevrolet Trax. “These guys did a great job on my truck - replaced rear wheel and suspension, rear quarter panel.
6 months later I had an issue, a bolt in my knuckle broke, there was some uncertainty with why it happened, but Mountain View took care of me and my truck, no questions asked.
The PDR they did also came out like new.”

“Al and his team are a top tier body shop. My 13 year old truck hasn't looked this good since it was new. They have an incredible attention to detail and wion't leave any repair less than perfect. No matter what shape your vehicle is in when you leave it there you'll get it back perfect. They work very closely with insurance companies so that there was no delay with the repair. Very happy with my experience there.”

“Last week I went on the hunt for a good used car to surprise my daughter for her 17th birthday. I went to Lincoln of Wayne to look at their used inventory. I met Luis Herrera a sales rep. I must tell you that within minutes I found and negotiated a great deal on my daughters car. I explained that this was a surprise for her and we wanted to pick it up next week. Luis was not scheduled to work the day we picked up the car but boy did he come through. Luis had arranged for balloons, a bow, and even a cake for my baby girl. Peter the owner even came and introduced himself to our family, to ensure we were satisfied with the entire process. My daughter is truly over the moon with our new purchase. This means the world to us because we have had a rough year. We had a house fire and lost everything we own in that fire on Nov. 26 2022. The day before thanksgiving. it was great to see her so happy and excited again. Donna another sales rep spent well over 1 1/2 hours going over every detail and syncing her phone to the car with my daughter. I really want to thank all of the staff at Lincoln of Wayne you hit a the ball out of the park on this one. It means the world to us. Thank you the Brown family”

“Lincoln of Wayne has been a great dealership and service provider.
Whenever you get a first year model, there are expectations of some issues.
My biggest issue was a dead battery because of a software issue in the ABS system.
I called that morning at 8am. By 11am a tech was in my driveway replacing the battery and performing an update on the system
Problem solved and I never had to leave home. A+++++”
