Shopped in the Wayne NJ store yesterday at around 2pm. Store very messy and hard to shop but checking out was an ordeal!!! The line stretched almost to the back of the store by the rugs dept. Stood in line for over 30 minutes...unacceptable. I haven't been in this store for over a year (now I remember why)....thought they had more registers along the wall. I guess they removed them. Store is not going to make it if they can't make it easy to shop and checkout. Good luck At Home.

This store has everything you can ever need or want. All associates were helpful and knowledgeable each time I shopped here. Cashiers always asked if you found everything and would tell you about offers if missed.

Made an in store pick up order online at 3pm came into the store 8pm and it still wasn’t ready and manager told me I couldn’t grab the item that was on the shelf I had to come back the next day does that make any logical sense?? Horrible customer service

Huge store with a ton of items at really reasonable prices. But the reason for writing this review is because of their amazing employee Diana! When I checked out she told me all about the rewards program since it was my first time there, got me signed up and was telling me all about the store. Honestly this store is lucky to have Diana she is truly a gem of an employee, so kind at checkout and really just went above and beyond. She represents the at home brand so well. She even ran after me in the parking lot because I forgot my receipt. Diana is amazing!!
