Honestly I love this store. Quality is great. I'm disappointed in the in store experience. The attitude of an employee was just unbelievable. He was so rude for no reason and I'm genuinely saddened. Please hire workers with better attitudes!!

I went to Abercrombie to find an outfit for a night out. Carolina was incredibly kind and noticed I needed help. She picked out a number of jeans for me and tops to go with it. I tried things on for about a half hour while she kept bringing new sizes/styles. She really went out of her way to help me and I appreciated it so much.

I had to going to exchange some online bottoms for my son. Who knew he'd hate skinny jeans? So I explained the situation to the associate who proceeded to check her inventory and the online inventory to provide all the possible size, style and color options available for my very particular young gift from God. We tried a few things on and failed, but she suggested a totally different style that he loved and I was able to leave the store with a great big ✅ - SUCCESS! I was happy. My son was happy! That doesn't happen often with newly minted tweenage boys. I highly recommended this store and will return if the need arises again.

It is not the first time . Please pay attention this store does not honored discount policy. I shop Abercrombie kids today and buy 2 and 3rd one free. If you purchase $200 or more extra $40 discount. Basically I could not get free stuff . Store’s register were not coded properly and I did not get the discount that I supposed to have.I called the store and talked to the manager . He said he is sorry I have to go back to store to get the credit so another 20 minutes trip for nothing. God knows how many customers got screw today.This is not the first time watch out in this store.
