Came to this place multiple times to repair my SUV. First 2 times were great pricing was reasonable and work was done to my satisfaction. 3rd time I took it here was the main issue having them replace my catalytic converter. The part went bad not even a week later, which was fine I purchased the part from somewhere else anyway. The site I needed to return the part to requested photos so when I went under the vehicle to take those photos and I found the catalytic converter was missing bolts. I took it to a new mechanic and found out more bolts were broken off in my second cat. I thought I was getting honest work done here. This place certainly lost my business.

Avoid this shop at all cost!!! They will take advantage of you especially if they can tell you don’t know cars. They installed a faulty AC in my car last year that not only stopped working this year but completely damaged and melted everything around it. I spent $1500 this past month in their shop to get my car ready for a 27 hour road trip. To find out from Dan the day I am supposed to leave that the fan he installed last year is completely messed up and he can’t find a replacement at this time. This is after I brought my car in twice in the past two weeks to make sure everything will be ok to leave for Friday. A car I have had for almost 10 years is now only good for scraps after the mess Passarella’s created for me. And when I called Mike jr to see how he can help me…he said nothing is their fault didn’t come up with one suggestion to solve the situation. Their mechanic Brian actually said to me why did I wait till last minute to bring my car in, even though I was there twice before my trip. I said no even an apology he walked out my car and slammed the door. I had to leave my car in NJ and rent a car. All the money I spent this month in their shop when in the trash. I am extremely disappointed with how I was treated here and wouldn’t recommend them.You can see in the photos how even the screws didn’t have rubber around them so they came out of place and can go straight through the metal and everything melted around it.

I unfortunately can not recommend this shop. I brought my car for a check up before a very long trip and my car was in worse condition than when I dropped it off. I literally had to get my car from there and get it towed to a different mechanic to fix it. I am very disappointed with their service and feel they took advantage of me. I spent over $1500 in their shop this month to not be able to drive my car. I brought it there to change gaskets and my AC came back broken….which they supposedly fixed just last year. I don’t know why I gave them a second chance. Very disappointed.I did speak with Dan he confirmed the AC that was installed the previous year was broken and won’t be able to be fixed right now. The mechanic that picked up my car showed me how the messed up fan caused damage to everything in the surrounding area of the car and said I can not take this car with me on a long trip it won’t make it.

Needed my catalytic converter replaced. Got a fair price and the work was done the same day I dropped off my truck. I wasn't able to get back to the shop to pick up my vehicle, so the manager picked me up and took me to the shop. Friendly and great service.Service: Auto exhaust system repair

Mike and the guys were so nice and they fixed my car with less time than I thought! He used all new parts and made sure my car was safe. He didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need and he was very honest. I will return for all my car needs!

Mostly in the past work was done on my own. Evap code warranted a smoke test. Took 04 Envoy after a failed state inspection. Expecting the worst. Just the opposite: fast, reasonable price, and given an appointment. Was done that day and below cost. As anyone knows chasing sensors in cars today is frightening. Not here. DONE. LOW COST. ON TIME!

Always made necessary auto repairs at-home so a little bit apprehensive to take my repairs to a shop. After failing inspection made an appointment. Repair to emissions done on time, on budget and alot faster than expected. A1 shop and people. Wouldn't hesitate to use again!

This place is a good old-fashioned mechanic shop. they do good work and make sure your car is properly done before it leaves the shop good place to bring your car in.
