They have an agent named Lourdes Santana who was selling her own house and had us come look at her house 2X's and said and agreed on a price of 600K then the price went up cause she said she was getting more bids, and would decide Monday 7/6/2020 on the house? We put our bid in to her and recieved an attorney letter TODAY 7/7/2020 stating that this house was under contract already? What kind of business/selling are they in? THIS IS A SELLERS MARKET ALL OVERPRICED AND KNOW PEOPLE WANT TO MOVE FROM CERTAIN AREAS!
