The fact that I live 3 mins drive and 15 mins or less walk. My opinion can be kind of a biased opinion. But I promise you this place is a great business for the community. I never had a single problem here((KnockOnWood)) I'm from the era of the BlueStar Movie Theater, so I appreciate this place.

Many stores are available, party stores etc, I went to Panera bread , food is tasty and so good to eat.
