As a Verizon customer for over 30 years, I've been to many Verizon stores. This location has to be the least customer friendly. Believe the other reviews when it comes to wait time and lack of customer service. I'll be taking my business to Bridgewater moving forward.

Stopped by here on a Sunday morning sometime after store opening to drop off my trade-in. Service was quick and the store associate helped me right away. I was in and out of the store within ten minutes. I’d recommend going early in the morning when the store opens to avoid busy crowds and the store associates being spread too thin.

great place i had a handicapped friend in his 80s trying to transfer his contacts to a new phone. Went to one place said they couldn't do it. It looked like we were going have to manually put them in. On a whim i stopped in here. And they helped us and because of his disability gave us a discount. i cannot tell you how happy he was. I got him a case also, his exact words were "oo im styling now". thank you made his day and mine

I went to the Verizon store because I forgot my phone in the a car sharing services and I wanted to know what can be done to track my phone down. Joseph from Verizon lied to me and said that I'd have to get a new phone and start a new line since I didn't have my phone. Than he told me if I ant to keep my phone number I need to get two lines. Joe was just trying to get a bonus o. Sales instead of actually helping me. I will never go back to Verizon and I tell all my friends and co-workers about the terrible experience with guy. I will warn people to avoid Joe if they decide to go to Verizon store. I bought a new phone no thanks to Joe's help.

Horrible! Was told I could get $800 for a trade in after paying my phone off. After I paid the amount they said I would only get $450 and the money I just paid was non refundable. The employee tried to jump through hoops after realizing his mistake but I'll never get my wasted time back

Horrible service. I went to store in Gillette. They don't accept equipment. Sent me tp 1620 on rt22 (20 min drive in heavy rain). Thisguys claim its a wrong place again. Sending me 15 min farther. I'm teturning stupid equipment for cancelled account. Insane. Who orginize it the useless way. I canunderstand not to have the equipment. But notbe able to return? Insane. Bad bad bad Verizon

Waited for 10 minutes with my family not a single person said anything to me 12 minutes after I walked in two men walked in and a female staff member immediately asked them for their names so she could check them in. If you are a black person stay away from this place. Clearly not interested in my business.

Very aggressive salespeople to sell you products, that's it. This store got me the new phone I wanted, with the new Verizon plan I needed. HOWEVER, wow, I've had hugely dramatic problems since I drove out of the parking lot, because the salesperson didn't finish transferring my number over from my previous provider. This was a nightmare to deal with. I had to be on the line with customer service for over 3 hours as result. I can't believe what a headache this place caused me.

I visited the Verizon store in Watchung today, Deshaun was extremely helpful and patient with all of my questions. I purchased a new cellphone, he helped make the transition easy and was very professional. I would recommend Deshaun for any issues you might have with your device.

excellent staff , all of them. I was there in June 2022. i worked with David , who was exceptional and patient with me. I had been to this store in the past and was hesistant to go back again as it was chaotic and unfriendly due to the set up and how they approached customers walking in the door . now it is organized and pleasant. it does not mean you won't have to wait , but at least you feel acknowledged when you enter the store. I was grateful David was the representative I met with

Joe and another awesome gentleman were great. My phone had a black screen and I wasn't able to access the settings. The other gentleman (sorry Sir I didn't see your name tag because I didn't have my glasses) fixed it in 2 seconds. Joe went through all my upgrade options. I will he back next week to upgrade. I wanted to do it today but I had another engagement but I will drive all the way back there just because of their amazing level of customer service. I have a location 5 minutes from my home and they are 20 minutes away.
