Do not go to this store if you are planning to switch wireless carriers. The customer service is horrendous and the employees know minimal. They were very unclear when we switched carriers of multiple items, causing our bill each month to be double or triple of what we were quoted in the store. When going back into the store to discuss and figure out the added fees they provided no assistance the blame was pointed to “corporate.” The staff simply stated, corporate didn’t push thru any discounts applied to the account on their end. But, not worry because we would only be charged the agreed upon amount when we would get our
bill the following month. Or there would be no bill the following month because the payments and discounts sometimes take time to apply to the account. And we would receive a credit to our bill for our already made payments. They were absolutely WRONG. These past couple months with the company we have had to pay multiple extreme amounts. With our service being disconnected at one point because of another payment we were unaware of needed to be made. Come to find out the staff in the store had not processed or entered our contract correctly and had not explained the billing process correctly. Also, no refund or credit to the bill was possible because once again they did not provide correct information. We found this out after spending 4 hours in the store with zero answers and no resolutions . We received most of our clarification from customer service rep which was another additional hour at home on the phone. We had been with another carrier for years before this and this had NEVER happened with them. We are extremely regretful for switching and, Needless to say, are Counting down the days for our contract to be up.

What a horrible company!! Never again will I ever use this company! I was offered $220 for 7 lines. My 1st month was over $500 since they signed me up for all their additional services (netflix, and other crap) without my permission. Month after month of calling customer service and waiting... but finally agreed to $250 a month. Then, the international charges came. I dont know anyone abroad! And now they raised my bill to $275 without any notice! No matter what, they will not reverse it. Please beware and stay away from these crooks! Save yourself the abuse!

Joseph helped me twice. Not just a great guy, but is very knowledgeable when it comes to technology and Verizon. Got two new phones, he made the process seamless and satisfying. Would 100% go back to him and that store.

This store is AWFUL. We were just here for an upgrade and ended up being in the store for 5 HOURS. First, no one moves with any urgency. We expected to wait, and we did, no problem. But Felix, who helped us, seemed like he was in a different world. Every time we’d ask him a question, he would have no answer and not be in any rush to find a solution. Then after we waited over 2 HOURS, we finally asked someone else, Geremy, who was kind and told us that’d we’d have to call customer service. Because we were here for a month of Sundays, customer service was closed. Geremy then asked the manager, Alexandria, who was helping another customer, to help us. Alexandria THEN contacted a different department who was able to help us. We still had to wait an additional 45 minutes for the phone to show up on their end. Overall, I just wouldn’t suggest going to this store. Instead, go to the one in Union, on Rt. 22, far less hassle.

Angry employees. They are upset that they have to help with phone troubles. They advised me to take my phone to Best Buy or Geek Squad ......... Galaxy 24 plus battery not lasting 8 hrs

As a Verizon customer for over 30 years, I've been to many Verizon stores. This location has to be the least customer friendly. Believe the other reviews when it comes to wait time and lack of customer service. I'll be taking my business to Bridgewater moving forward.

Stopped by here on a Sunday morning sometime after store opening to drop off my trade-in. Service was quick and the store associate helped me right away. I was in and out of the store within ten minutes. I’d recommend going early in the morning when the store opens to avoid busy crowds and the store associates being spread too thin.
