“We had a good experience getting our car serviced here.
One thing to note is that they expect the cars to be dropped off early in the morning (8 AM) for them to start taking a look at the car. So even though one's appointment just says a date, they expect the car to be dropped off at 8 AM. This is not a huge issue, but we weren't informed about it while reserving our first appointment. During our second appointment, we dropped off the car early and everything went smoothly.
Also, they are open on 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month, NOT ALL Saturdays. Good to know beforehand.”

“I took my car to Midas for a routine oil change. They tried to convince me I needed a brake job making it seem extremely urgent. I ended up taking the car to Brians for the brake job. Not only did they say my brakes look perfectly fine, but it's not something I'll have to worry about for a while. I was out of state in my 2022 Bronco when I broke down 6 miles away from Salerno Duane Ford. Because they knew I was traveling, they dropped everything to fix my Bronco. I only hope the owner of this dealership knows how focused on excellence these employees are. I gave the mechanic a big tip, and he (I think he was from The Ukraine) was very appreciative.”
