Very helpful & honest business here.For men, I recommend purchasing their new Fuji bicycles, a very high quality bike in the 600s.If not, they have amazing bike service, today I had my front tire fixed and purchased the most comfortable seat, called the ‘Cloud 9’ seat with an installation.Will definitely only come to this small business for new bicycles or service.

I really really appreciated the great customer service that Pete provides! He Was able to thoughtfully answer any and all questions I had, and was a joy to talk to and meet. Highly highly recommend this bike shop!!

Weather you buying a bike are going to get your bike fixed Pete is the man to see. You won't be disappointed he really knows bicycles. Very detail in his work. You will walk away knowing you bought a good bike or the one that you have is in good shape. Prices are reasonable too. Go check him out!

Horrible service. Took my sons bike to get a tune up, new brakes and handlebar grips, and to check the tires to see if we should replace. The owner never look at the bike or even greeted us. A young assistant took care of us & said it would take 3-4 weeks because of the coronavirus. We understood the circumstances and agreed to leave it there but were told once it was looked at we would get a call to let us know about the tire situation. Never got any call. After 3 weeks we tried to call the shop and for 4 days we got nothing but a busy signal. Yesterday my husband called and it rang and rang with no answer so he drove there. The bike was never even looked at. We took it and left. Now my son is still without a bike still after a month. This was the worst customer service. I understand that things are difficult with the coronavirus but I still expect good service. What kind of business just takes the phone of the hook and then doesn’t answer? They could have just called and been honest about the extra time and I wouldn’t be so angry.

Had my MTB serviced recently. Charges were very resonable. Great attention to detail. He is very upfront, clearly explains what can be technically done, and what cannot be and why. I will go to this place from now for all my bike needs and happy to recommend to others.
