16 people in line to purchase, and the workers are stocking. 2 cashiers, and when asked for the Manager, they are on the phone. Why does #Marshall's treat their Customers so poorly!!! We have things to do, and waiting in long lines is a waste of time. Why not focus on a Better Customer experience?! You're not the Only retailer of clothes.

For years, I didn't shop here because the staff was so unfriendly and rude. After years of avoiding the store, I shopped here, and the staff has changed. The atmosphere is pleasant and friendly.
The store is on the small side and a bit disorganized compared to other Marshall's.

The best shopping chains!! Be careful, I have doubts if everything sold is 100% original. Lately, some products leave a lot to be desired.

The people at the counter is very rude. They are not even returning items. At the time of purchase they promised return policy for 1 month but after a week they not even taking that and so called manager wasn’t even speaking with the customers.

I went there around lunch time and I rang the bell several times to get someone to unlock 2 purses I wanted to buy. I told one of the workers after waiting 15min to please get someone. Someone finally came 15min later but attended another customer after me and I decided to leave instead of waiting again. The management & staff are very disorganized at this store. This is the reason why in-person stores are not surviving because the experience is unpleasant.

I visited this store two weeks consecutively. Why? Because the store is very neat and organized and the merchandise is displayed in a very visually appealing fashion.

I needed quick items to give for the holidays to coworkers. Gift ideas were already prepackaged, and everyone loved them.Store was clean despite being busy, and workers were friendly and helpful.
