No one answers the phone or calls back to make a service appointment. It’s ridiculous: someone called me back a day later and I wasn’t near my phone. I called next more ing and no answer, again!

Idk where to start! Such a bad place! I bought a 2019 f150 with 41k miles on it! Bought it outright, and 2 weeks late the A/c isnt working! And the radio wouldnt update! When i bring ot back for my plate they tell me i need a new compressor. It took them 3 months and many trips and hours away from my job and home (an hour away) when it came to the radio the told me they would take care of it! Now fast forward months late, i need a 1200$ part for my radio and other issues are happening! Ive tried calling them, and like always no phone call back! Real nice way to treat your costomers! Take their money and dont wanna take care of them! When i bought my truck i did the extended warrenty. The set it up through a 3rd party warrenty company, not through ford! This company is only good through larccaridi! Ive asked many times for them to switch it and they wont be bothered! So now where there is issues i have ti pay 100% out of my pocket, and wait for another compant to reimburse me! Such a bad bad place to deal with, such a shame, i will never go back to this place, and i will alway talk so bad about this place! I dont know where to even start with how many call ive put into this place, and no calls returned! Now ill get them where it hurts! Go To ALL AMERICAN FORD!!!!!

If I could give negative stars I would!!!! Purchased a Ford Explorer, the drivers side heated seat was broken during delivery and a few other issues. Our salesman Terrance stated he would make an appt with service to have it fixed. He did not, so we ended up having to speak with Mike D the manager who wrote down all the complaints and scheduled our appt. He assured us they would look at it and take care of it all. The dealership has had our car going on 2 weeks now, not 1 issue has been taken care of. When I finally got in touch with service they told me they were attempting to have the repairs paid for thru the extn warranty company. One has nothing to do with the other, the issues were there from the beginning. These issues were there from the beginning, not a new found issue. Oh and before we dropped it off the check engine light came on, that is NOT fixed either. The dealership has had my vehicle longer than I have since date of purchase and nothing is rectified. This dealership is by far the SHADIEST and most DECEITFUL!!! List of employees who are not helpful or live up to their title: Mike D (Manager) Terrance (Salesman) Harold (Service) Next phone call is going to be to my attorney...perhaps then something will get resolved. Do yourself a favor DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR ANYTHING unless you want/need to raise your blood pressure.

Just had my 2017 Ford Edge serviced last week. Mind you this was a big repair in excess of $3000 for a car that has only 60,000 miles. Shortly after this repair my wife and 6month old daughter were driving down route 22 when she suddenly heard multiple pops! She then pulled into the Outback Steak house parking lot to find there was a metal plate hanging under the front of the car which had been dislodged. I'm assuming this was the result of unfinished work. We now are waiting over 2hrs for a tow truck. Crazy thing is we started going to Liccardi over our more local Woodbridge Ford because of bad experiences we had there.

Was interested in a vehicle they had listed for sale. Inquired about one feature to the person who answered the phone. I received a call back whereby the person stated the vehicle did have that feature. Drove hours to see the car. Person who we were to meet did not come out of the rear of the dealership. we had some person wait on us how acted like it was a bother to do so. Discovered that the car did not have the feature that we asked about. Then the person waiting on us did not want to know us. Treated without respect. Never again. Juvenile stupid unprofessional staff. provides inaccurate information possible an out and out lie.

I happily followed Danny Ventura from Ray Catena to Liccardi. Danny is the hardest working, most honest service rep I've been fortunate enough to have over many years. Danny doesnt insist on doing needless work. Even the times I've insisted I had something wrong, he kept my car for days trying to find problems that didnt actually exist. He prioritizes safety and appreciates the expense of ownership and repairs. I do not know what I would do without someone as dependable, kind and honest as Danny and his technicians!

Over the past six years, I've purchased 3 automobiles from Liccardi Motors Greenbrook. The sales staff at Liccardi Motors are good people and really work with you when it comes to purchasing an automobile. I have nothing but good things to say about them. Then there's the Service Departments at Greenbrook and Liccardi Ford in Watchung. After I purchased my first two automobiles, the Service Department(s) never returned my phone calls unless I went thru the GM in Greenbrook and never got back to me with estimates for work on my car. In turn, I wound up going to other garages, etc., for service on my automobile(s). After I took my car to another garage is when I got the return phone call from the Service Department.Recently, I went to another garage who did the necessary service and who also figured out there was a recall on something for my car in which I was never notified by Ford Motors. I then took my automobile to Liccardi Ford Watchung for the recall and was verbally put down by the Service Manager and the new Service Director who was about three months into his position. To make a long, frustrating story short, I never got a straight explanation as to what work was being done on my automobile. I don't know anything cars so of course I wanted to make informed decisions about my car.On top of that, comments were made such as "Go have a drink and chill out" by the Service Manager and "You get what you pay for when you take it to cheap garage" by the new Service Director on speaker phone in front of the Service staff. It got to the point where I was just looking for information on my car and couldn't get straight answers. It got to the point where I didn't want my car anymore, thus totally regretting the recent purchase of my third automobile less than two months ago. I wonder if that was the plan along...to get me to buy another automobile?Being completely frustrated and mentally exhausted, not being sure of what was wrong with my car, I still paid for and picked up my car. Unfortunately, the way the Service Departments treated me is a negative reflection on the Liccardi business. From the beginning, you wonder why I didn't take my automobiles to Liccardi's Service Departments for service.

I have a 2018 Ford Mustang Ecoboost. I was driving my car, as usual, and a check engine light came on the dashboard. I immediately took my car to be diagnosed at my local mechanic shop. When the diagnostic test was done, it revealed that I have cylinder misfires on my engine. So, the mechanic advised me to get a full tuneup. I paid the mechanic to do the tuneup. Then, shortly after the car was picked up, it started to overheat. The mechanic told me to bring it back to the shop and he will look at it. He looked at it and told me that it looks like its the thermostat. He replaced the thermostat. When I came to pick the car up, I saw white smoke coming from the tailpipe. I asked the mechanic why and he advised that it could possibly need a Cylinder Head Gasket. I told him to turn my car off immediately and I had my car towed to Liccardi Ford for a proper diagnostic test and repair. When I arrived, I spoke with the service advisor, Harold. I explained everything that happened prior to the car being towed to Liccardi Ford. I was advised that a diagnostic test will be performed. I agreed. I was then called back to be told that they need additional time for the diagnostic test so instead of the $180.00 I will be charged $360.00 due to there being an issue with them finding the problem along with the cylinder head sensor replacement which was $430.00 ($790.00 total). I was upset about it. However I agreed because I didn't have much of a choice and that the diagnostic test will not be included in the service charge. (It usually gets included in the service charge). I was told that because it was an engine test, it's not included. I didn't have much choice so I agreed to pay for it. After my car was test driven, I was also told that I still had misfires and my fan was continuing to run so I needed to pay an additional diagnostic test amounting to $447.50. I questioned why I had to pay for another diagnostic test because they were having issues finding the problem and I already paid for the diagnostic tests. After the third diagnostic test, I was told that I needed a power train module totaling $1269.00. I agreed to pay for the part however, I refused to pay for the additional diagnosis. I was told that "as a courtesy, I will only be charged $360.00 for the diagnostic test" Once that service was completed, I was told that after being test driven again, my car is still running hot and going back down to cool because I need a new thermostat. I explained that I already replaced it and I was then told that "the new thermostat is faulty". I didn't want them to change the thermostat for an additional $440.00 that I don't have after paying for the services that I received. I paid a total of $2290.07 and immediately took my car to my mechanic, went to buy another thermostat (an additional $88.59) to have a new one installed. Once the new thermostat was installed, it did not fix the issue. I was advised by the mechanic that installed the second thermostat "there was nothing wrong with the new thermostat that was installed the first time and the second time. It looks like coolant is leaking from the head gasket."I was really upset at this point! I brought the car back to Liccardi Ford and I was told that the mechanic that worked on my car left for the day and went on vacation for the following week. I was advised that I can bring the car back in the morning due to there being no one there to drop my granddaughter and I off at home, if I leave it. I left and as I was going home on I-78, my car ran really hot and shut down. We were stuck on the highway and had to have a tow truck tow my car back to Liccardi Ford and leave the keys in the drop box because the service area was closed. When I spoke to Harold the next morning, I asked why I'm back with the same issues that my car came in with and I just spent over $2200.00! I was told that he would look into it and stopped returning calls until I had to show up again. I asked why the mechanic NEVER looked at the head gasket and charged me

Take your business to All American Ford. I have never had a great experience but this last was the final and worst. I rather drive an hour north to deal with Hackensack or Old Bridge, save your time and your money. They have never washed my truck, don’t want to honor warranty work and you aren’t a priority to them. They won’t give you straight answers. Last time they had my truck, took them a week to even look at it, then another week to order parts and fix. Best part was when they said I needed new batteries until they realized they replaced them less than 6 months prior. Oh they also said they couldn’t give me a loaner but I’d get reimbursed $35 a day for enterprise. When they finished the job they then told me they only cover for the time it takes to make the repair which was an hour. Clearly these people have their jobs because of hand outs.

Bunch of crooks!! Took my truck for check engine light for the fourth time and have spent more then $2500 and that check engine light is still on!!! One part after another part and they claimed they have changed all the parts retaliated with that code and that check engine light still hasn’t gone. Maneger said we’ll contact the Ford technician and have them come down to look at at it but they never updated me for 4 weeks. Every time you call their service advisor never pick up the call and you have to leave a message that they’ll response after 2 days after you leave them 4 voicemails!!!!I go in after 4 weeks to collect my truck after the frustration of not getting a call or response from them!!!Conclusion: After 3 months and my four trips from Brooklyn to them(since I was referred to them based on their hood service SO CALLED) and $2500 worth of work, I still have my check engine light on with the same CODES!!!ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE AND CARELESS OF YOUR TIME!! DEFINITELY AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COST!!!!

I called to get an estimate. The receptionist that answered was the rudest thing I ever encountered. No idea why a business would have the most vile thing interacting with customers. Don't go here... unless you want to feel insulted. I'm not sure what causes old women to act like this... proximity to death or lack of any real skills are probably likely

Really wish zero stars was an option. Every time I have taken my Ford Explorer (which was purchased at their dealership) there is always a lack of communication and never on time.Took my car for a oil change/ tire rotation. Car wasn’t ready after 4 hours and 30 minutes. Dropped off at 10:30am called the service department at 2:30pm and they told me it will be done in 15 minutes. My service rep Paul, never called me to update me and talk about possible extra work. He only texted me, after I reached out at 1:30pm to ask for an update. The two times I called, 1:30pm and 2:30pm they never put Paul on the line and I only spoke to the secretary.Horrible communication and terribly slow service. In addition Paul explained to me that my car would only take 2 hours to be done, oil change and a recall. Had to take a $16 dollar uber ride home and now another $16 dollar uber ride there. Ridiculous, people do not take your car to get serviced here !!!

If I could give them a zero I would! Went in to look at explorers and were open to different models. They would only give us a price on one, "our favorite one". Proceeded to give us a price that was $7k over a price shown on their website and called it a market adjustment. Mind you this was a 2020 with 7k miles on it and he quoted us sticker price. He never mentioned a market premium or adjustment on any car in the 30 min we had spent with him prior looking at cars. He totally wasted our time as we waited for him to get the price on our "favorite car" and came back with more than advertised. We got up and left immediately and he tried to chase us down to see where we want to be....we want to work with someone who is not going to waste a our time and be up front and honest with us!!
