This is one of the biggest kohls store that I’ve been in, it’s very clean and organized, the workers are so friendly. Easy in easy out without long line or delays. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I went to the area that has an extra 70% discount and when I paid I asked why they charged me for the items at the price they had if the sign said 70% less than the price on the label and they told me that I was asking for a lot. I was just asking. But they still charged me for them at the price they had. They should remove the extra discount size if they are no longer giving it

I didn’t like the atmosphere, and the employees were not at all interested in helping customers, I bought two types of dishes as a gift, and since the dishes were without a box, I asked the guys to pack them in at least plain paper so that the dishes would not break on the way, that they said that they do not have paper and they do not provide such services, it is very strange and incomprehensible how this can happen in such a large store. Moreover, I know in storage is always full of empty boxes and if the supervisor told me that the dishes are not packed, but he could spend a couple of minutes of his time and find any box in storage and just wrap the dishes in it, but he it was easier to say that they do not provide such services. Guys, take your relationship with customers to a new level, because we are your income.

I usually go to a different location but loved this store. However it feels like there are fewer items in store to choose from.

Watchung Kohls has improved a lot. Store was clean and neat and clothes presented nicely. Big improvement.

Great customer service and friendliness of all the staff. From the manager Mr. Zee to Glendora an associate to Carlos it was a pleasure to shop at Kohl’s in Watchung.

Clean store, friendly staff. You can find some nice deals here, especially on clearance or at the end of the season.

I love shopping at the Kohl's in Watchung. The store is always clean and well-stocked, and the employees are knowledgeable and helpful. Today, Donjia checked me out, and she couldn't have been more lovely.

With all the problems we have in stores (e.g., ACME checkout) Kohls is working hard to greet customers and answer their questions. They have changed checkout and return area to make it easier to see what employees are ready to take another customer. The previous set up always blocked the customer's view as to what checkout line was available.
Kohls is largely a very neat and organized store. And prices are very good for the good quality received. The shoes and sneakers area is always a little bit messy, but that is in large part due to customers who don't take any time to return boxes of shoes back where they were found.
