“We had an amazing experience at Maaya fine jewels. We had called in advance and taken an appointment but walked in earlier. Swathi was our go to person and she coordinated our visit very well, including telling us where to park. Swathi was so patient and friendly. She showed us different varieties of pieces in my budget. I initially went to buy only one piece, however swathi helped me choose unique pieces which were very elegant. Mr Nihar and his dad were also present at the store. They were so warm and friendly. Swathi also helped my mother pick a ring. She had good suggestions on what will look good on me. Maaya jewels has unique collection. I highly recommend shopping here for your Diamond Jewellery.”

“First off, you will never have better customer service in retail. I would like to personally thank the owners Win and Sue for helping us out in a situation that happened with the Schroths and Lorenson store in Summit. I’d also like to thank Liz Carvahlo because without my initial call to her none of this could have happened. The back story….. my son purchased his wedding band from the Summit store. Two days prior to the wedding, his fiancé went to pick up his ring and upon arrival, saw a note on the door saying that they were closed until the following week. She obviously panicked and called me. I have known Liz for a very long time and my initial thought was to reach out to her. Liz then contacted the owners (during their vacation) and they immediately called me in hopes to help. They explained to me that they are not really affiliated with the store in Summit any longer but that one of their past employees is. They reached out to Rich Foley who then took over. He was also on vacation at the time because the entire industry shuts down early in July. Thankfully, he was a few hours driving distance away. He left his vacation and drove up to his store, was able to get the ring and then actually hand delivered it to my sons wedding venue. I cannot put into words how amazing both stores were in dealing with what could have resulted in my son not having his band on his wedding day. I again, cannot thank everyone involved more for their genuine care in helping us. I will forever be a Schroths customer!Shop Small and Shop Local. “I went to look for a mens gold chain as something I could pass on to my son, so I wanted a solid gold chain. I read the reviews for Shin Brothers Jewelers and they had great reviews and I didn’t know much about chains. I went in and met Mr. Shin and his team and they were awesome. The lady that helped me was friendly and taught me the differences between the links, widths, and lengths. She was the nicest lady and we had a great conversation while looking at chains. They took great care of an old veteran and provided the type of service that made you feel comfortable about making a large purchase. My wife loves it and she’s made it clear we will be going back there soon. It’s great when you find a place like this and you know this is where you’ll go for jewelry. “I worked with Valerie who helped me pick out a beautiful Tacori Ring and wedding band. I had my own solitaire already but that's didn't stop them from providing outstanding service. She worked with me on getting the rings by the time I needed them and also had us back after the engagement to verify ring fitment for my fiancee. She then was able to show my fiancee a couple of options for my wedding band. We ended up getting a platinum Tacori wedding band. Everything progressed perfectly smoothly and Adler's kept me in the loop about where things stood with my ring order. They were professional and extremely helpful. I guess I wasn't indian enough to purchase or try on their dresses.But when I went to Nita's, I was met with the friendliest and most inviting owners. It's run by a brother and sister team, and they've both been beyond helpful in finding exactly what I needed from the dress to the jewelry. I've since gone to them many times to purchase casual and dressy clothes and would recommend them to anyone looking for great customer service and reasonable pricing.They have a great selection for men and women.”

“I had an incredible experience working with Leonardo Jewelers in Metuchen. I had gone in to get a watch purchased elsewhere serviced and had the pleasure of meeting Rosy and Vivian. I noticed they had 3 Rolex watches available for purchase. I tried on a 36mm Oyster Perpetual Datejust with the fluted bezel and a blue dial in mint condition and told them that I wanted a day to think about the purchase. Vivian held the watch for me after I called later that day and I purchased it the following morning. This is a family run business and they have another location in Red Bank. “Absolutely FANTASTIC. I've been here twice already, I got my septum done by Sami and she was the sweetest person ever. Totally made me feel safe and reassured me when I was super nervous haha. I went back for my snakebites a few days later and she remembered me and even asked about things I had mentioned during the septum piercing. She made me feel safe. “A friend recommended this small independent jeweler to me about 30 years ago . It’s kind of a word of mouth establishment . Jack, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable and talented . He can repair any piece of jewelry or watch you take to him , but recently he has created some fantastic custom pieces for me . He created a beautiful wedding band for my Sons wife’s engagement ring that no stock ring would compliment . Next up was a family stone I wanted set in a ring that looked similar to a David Yurman piece . I can’t tell you how many compliments I have received on this ring that Jack created. Not to be outdone , i took him a Lagos earring to which i had lost the mate .He had a mold made somehow , had a custom stone shaped that looked exactly like the original and I am absolutely astounded at how much it looks like the original earring .He really likes being creative .In short, I highly recommend Gordin Jewelers in Westfield NJ.”
