We brought our 2 boys here to just get a nail clipping. Now I must say they are super nervous dogs to start off with but the groomer here is just so blatantly rude and not helpful. She cut into all his toes, insisting on grinding where we advised in the past he tolerated clipping better. Our dog started freaking out and when we tried to help we were told to leave her alone and she knows what she’s going. Clearly she didn’t. She had no idea how to calm the dog down or how to make him feel more comfortable or atleast tolerate getting his nails cut. And to top it off they charge almost $50 for JUST nail clippings???? Daylight robbery. Do not recommend this place to any family who has a dog who may just even be a little nervous.

In my paws is a really great facility and the staff is very friendly, they take such good care of my dog. Would recommend!

I really like the daycare - my dogs have a great time, they really like the handlers, and they come back exhausted.Unfortunately, I’m totally frustrated with the groomers. It seems that every time i take my dog for a bath or grooming, they find some reason the charge me more. I don’t have this issue with any other groomer. I wouldn’t care as much and just go somewhere else, but it’s frustrating because if the dogs stay while we travel, it’s nice to have them bathed. We just won’t do that anymore.

The team at in my paws is absolutely amazing, Our dear Bruno used to go to another service in JC for 7 years and we weren't sure if he would adjust well at a new place. But the team at In My Paws worked patiently with him and now he loves going there. Everyone from the front office team to the handlers do an amazing job here.

They called the cops on me!!!!!!!!I’d been taking my 2 small dogs there for years, and always had minor issues. But nothing too serious. I normally groom them myself, but sometimes I don’t have the time. That’s why I take them to In My Paws. Last time I went there though, was the last straw for me.The groomer (Maria) called me after I dropped off my dogs to inform me that there was going to be an extra charge of $40 because both dogs were matted. I told her that’s strange, since I had just thoroughly combed and brushed both dogs the previous night, less than 12 hours before taking the dogs to them. I went to the groomer and told them I refused to pay the upcharge unless they demonstrated to me that the dogs were matted, which they couldn’t… The dogs were still damp from being freshly showered, so they were slightly tangled. There a difference between hair tangles, and excessive matting! So Maria said she was not going to groom the dogs, and I owed $100 for showering the dogs. Of course I refused to pay because it would only cost another $50 to haircut both dogs!Maria told me that she would send both of my dogs to the local shelter if I didn’t pay. Of course that pizzed me off so she got a piece of my mind. So she kicked me out of the store and called the police.While waiting in my car for the police to arrive, a front staff member came and told me that I could take the dogs and go. But I wanted to pay the bill anyway so I would have full right to write this review. And apparently, other customers have complained of the same treatment.Save your money, go elsewhere or do it yourself.

We love In My Paws!!! Jet is like family. The handlers and staff take such good care of him. Jet loves In My Paws so much that he sits at the door to let me know he wants to go to daycare and he knows when we’re driving we are close because he starts to bark! I would also like to mention that the groomer always makes room for him when we don’t have an appointment. Thank you so much for taking such good care of Jet!

the Daycare and Grooming services here at InMyPaws continues to have a positively profound impact on my dog Shiloh. He is nervous by nature, but between the careful and gentle touch of the groomer, coupled with the attentive and safe socialization of other daycare dogs, he is a whole new pup. thanks InMyPaws for the priceless service and care given to my Shiloh!
