Carmen at Grays Florist in Watchung did all the personal flowers for my daughter’s wedding last month! She did an outstanding job! Carmen went above and beyond! She listened carefully and her experience and knowledge were clear as she guided us through the process! I highly recommend Gray’s Florist!! Thank you Carmen for making my daughter’s vision of her fairy tale wedding come true!?

Customer service wasn't satisfying.. I agreed to pay for delivery fees.. but they wanted to charge me an additional 25$ bc I asked for them to delivery at a specific time. They lost a 100$ customer.. edible arrangements will delivery at the time I requested w/o charging an extra 25$..

I had an incredible experience with my wedding flowers at Gray’s Florist in Watchung, NJ. Carmen did a fantastic job listening to the floral arrangements I wanted and bringing them to life! She also helped me with the candle set up on my reception tables! The flower delivery to both the church, and the venue was seamless and on time! I am so grateful for Carmen and Gray’s Florist and highly recommend them for any large events or weddings! Holly R

I can’t say enough nice things about this florist! First of all, I scheduled my mother in law’s birthday flowers a day late by mistake and they still managed to get them there (on her birthday) as fast as I could have ordered her a pizza. I’m so impressed! Second, the staff was so kind and understanding. Third, the flowers were stunning! They’re so pretty, it’s hard to believe they’re real (but they are!). Thank you, Gray’s!

I just went to the store to order flowers for a very close loved one. I’ve never experienced such kindness from a business. It was hard enough to think through what I needed to do, but I was walked through ideas from a very kind soul. I will highly recommend them in the future. It was nice to feel understood during a very difficult time

Called on a Monday evening for flowers needed for a Wednesday viewing and funeral. Gray’s was incredibly accommodating and let me change a few things to ensure continuity between the pieces, even with such limited turn around time. When we arrived to the viewing, I was floored by how gorgeous the pieces were and how beautiful the room looked. It was one less thing to worry about that day and a way we got to honor the one we lost. Would absolutely recommend!

They are all extremely nice and kind. The lady at the shop is so soft spoken and welcome I genuinely felt appreciated as a customer and I love that kind of customer service. Will be buying flowers from them regularly.

I ordered a spray for my mom’s memorial service and was very pleased! I loved the flowers, they were very fresh and beautifully arranged. They did as I had asked in regard to changes. Highly recommended!

Wonderful place to get long stem?! The person taking my order went out of her way to have my wife's flowers delivered at the perfect time, although the timeslot was booked on V-day 2024. Had to write a review, as she truly mad my day and was a true pleasure to speak to.

We used Gray’s florist for our wedding back in October and we are extremely grateful. Our other florist fell through and they were able to fit us into a busy wedding weekend on short notice. The flowers were beautiful, they were very professional and we would highly recommend them for any occasion you need flowers!
