I can not begin to express my gratitude for what you have done for me.
I received one reading & one mid distance eye glasses today. I knew I needed reading glasses because it was a struggle for me but I didn’t realize how bad my mid distance was.
Everyone at the Watchung NJ center was amazing

Vinitha (Eye Technician ) was friendly & professional
Dr Anton was brilliant & explained procedure to me.
Helen (Optometrist) extremely professional & very kind
Mary check out helped me with choosing reading vs mid distance frame she was very professional
Every step beginning with each of you & America’s Best was truly a dignified experience! Highly recommend!!!!

Bad attention while having a medical appointment, they canceled me while I was there for asking for help in a couple of medical words for translation, to which the girl responded that if I didn't understand everything in English, she should cancel the appointment and I wasn't attended to, the worst thing is!!!

Been to this place, trust me it is the best place to get an eye exam and a variety of glasses. I was recommended by my friend who got her mom’s eyes checked here , she wanted me to take my mom . I made the right decision coming here because during the eye exam, the technician offered additional tests , in the beginning I thought that was extra money but after she explained my mom wanted to take them, the doctor who was very kind said that she needs to see the retinal specialist. Thank you America’s Best, just like the name they are the best!

The only thing I do not like about Americas Best, is that you all can never put my prescription in frames I have already. It’s my second time inquiring about this and it can never be done but, I take the frames to Walmart and wa La; it can be done. Both times

Went there for an eye exam, but they don’t tell you that the retina check and some other check is extra money. So I got the eye exam, ordered glasses through them, and told the guy I want the same opinions as my existing glasses. He told me that I did not have the anti glare on my old one’s. When I went to pick up the new glasses,the lady helping me was fantastic. Asked me why I didn’t get the anti glare. Come to find out my old ones had the anti glare. The female manager at that time said to use these and she will get the ones with the anti glare with no extra cost. Great right? No I was wearing the new glasses and the prescription was horrible!!!! So I go back and the male manager tells me I have to come back for another exam. At this point, after spending $600.00 for the glasses and exam, told them to give me a refund. They refunded the glasses only. What a waste of $90.00 for an eye exam that was bad.

This was my first time here and everyone was great. Mary helped me pick out glasses that fit my small adult head. ☺️. She was super nice and very helpful. I can’t wait to pick up my new glasses. I would definitely recommend.

I am an existing customer . The lady at the front desk is single handedly responsible for me shifting away from this brand after me and my wife have been customers for years . Terrible customer service and the most obnoxious person at the front desk is only boosting sales I imagine . I was turned away twice without service . My eye insurance has better coverage . No thanks !
