If I could give ZERO stars it would be here. This Bank (sic) is Totally Useless. This branch and ALL of their Customer Service. If you are given a choice of Wells Fargo and another bank - DON'T PICK WELLS FARGO. I've been trying to pay on a credit card when I bought something from Ashley Furniture and it's been HELL. RUN Away from them!

Wow worst bank ever. I can't direct deposit. I can't electronically pay my mortgage. This branch held up my mortgage for ten days!!!!!!

I have multiple accounts in 8 different banks. Your bank by far is the most difficult bank to deal with. They don’t acknowledge durable, power of attorney‘s. They give you a runaround. Never have I been in and out of the bank to cash a check in less than 30 minutes that’s preposterous. I have been into two different branches to add myself to a checking account. Only to find out that I was not added to the checking account the next time I come in, it’s always a huge to do. Nothing runs smoothly in your bank and it is the most frustrating back to deal with.

The bank tellers here are very nice but this branch is seemingly always understaffed. If there’s more than 1 person ahead of me in line when I get there, I know it’s going to take a while. The branch manager is always there but doesn’t step in to help when there’s a line other than directing people to use the atm…

I hated them when I had my mortgage w them many moons ago.They're a pretty good bank (for banking needs) overall. Not enough branches around. This one is TINY and in a funky / dangerous location.

Needed help with Power of Attorney, as it relates to an out of state account.Lorena and Mel couldn’t have been A - more prepared and B - more helpful.We advised them of the situation prior to arriving. Once I did come in to the branch, Lorena and Mel had docs readily prepared, went through their normal banking verifications and I was on my way in 30 minutes.Completely smooth and seamless.Well done ladies.

They said they are open until One pm on Saturday for drive through. I go there at 1246 pm all drive throughs were closed. False advertising. When do you really have to get there noon? How can you plan? One pm now.

This bank is excellent. Cori Belfiore and her staff do a great job. Glad to see her back in the office. I am a long-time customer of Wells Fargo. This branch is the best I’ve ever used thank you for all your help Cori.. keep up the good work.

The laziest branch ever. I made a mobile deposit on friday and was told i would get my money by 12/2/19. Only to be told today that my account is at $0.00 now and my money is being held, by automatic service as they refuse to talk to me! They won’t answer my questions about that deposit and have sent me to automatic service over 5 times in the past half hour! Just for me to be told that they can’t look up that deposit and answer my questions unless I show up in person. Wasted an entire hour of my time. Absolutely lazy and unreliable.

First off, when you have a long line (like they usually do) I would much rather see another teller behind the counter than have to unnecessarily be greeted by someone who main job is to do just that and ask unnecessary questions such as why you are there. Not a great use of resources. Also, I routinely get checks (that are drawn on their bank) kicked back to me that I try to cash if they are not filled out exactly to their specifications. Lastly, I am tired of being pitched to open an account every time I walk in there.
