Ron is amazing and his master technician ! This suspension adjustment is worth every dollar, as a motorcycle enthusiast not only did he provide a great experience the test ride and pilot set up is fun and amazing to feel the extreme difference. Rest assured this establishments money time & experience is tremendous, Best in the business. Looking forward to my next motorcycle suspension adjustment.

Not sure if I can say anything that hasn't already been said but in short, if you need any suspension work/adjustment done for your bike, I can't recommend this place enough. My bike feels night and day different (i.e., perfect balance between quick turn in and stability).
I've had experience working with other talented and customer focused suspension guys in other locations such as Dave Moss and I would put Ron right up there with them. From the very first call, I could tell he cared more about me as a rider than someone who would just be spending money at his shop.
This was reinforced when I came in for my first adjustment and he and his team (Scott) took their time in getting me set up, explaining what they were doing and why, and having me go test ride it before calling it in a day. Ron even went above and beyond, in my opinion, when he researched some hard to find Ohlins specs for my bike because of additional changes I wanted to make.
Coming from NYC, the trip is easily ~90 minutes one-way and I can say it's without a doubt worth it. Given his clientele that I've witness during my visits (e.g., street riders, track riders, traditional suspension, electronic suspension, new bikes, old bikes, etc.), I know I'm not the only one who thinks so.
Thanks Ron, Scott, and team for being a suspension place I can rely on!

This place was recommended by 3 different people. I shouldn't have waited so long to call, make an appointment and bring my bikes here. Ron and his dad helped set my naked bikes up. I'm so very pleased with the difference their set up expertise has made on my bikes. Don't waste time wondering if you should try these guys out. Take your bike, get it set up and go out and enjoy how much more pleasurable it is to ride. Thank you Washington Cycle Works, you guys are awesome!

Ron really goes above and beyond on your bikes no matter what the issue is! He keeps you updated on the status, works with you to get good prices on parts/labor, and explains everything that was worked on. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants someone reliable, trustworthy, and knowledgeable!

Ron setup the stock suspension on my GSXR and he warned me it would feel like it lost 100 lbs. He wasn't lying, out of any bike I have owned i've never felt one that is so easily flickable and where the rear tracks with the front so easily. It's going to take some getting used to because it turns with 1/10th the effort to the point that it's like learning how to ride a new bike. I'm almost border line afraid of it now and have to train myself to give the bike less input. Thanks guys.

It's not a question as to whether you need your suspension tuned if it wasn't done previously, but rather when. The difference is night and day!! If you want your bike to feel like your riding on rails, faster than ever before, this is the place to go! The cost is under a hundred dollars. I walked out feeling like a million bucks. I'm still smiling Everytime I get on my bike (CBR 600rr). I never thought suspension tuned to your height and weight could make as much difference as it can. My bike feels like a race bike compared to when I walked in. Carves turns like a swiss army knife. Feels twice as fast (I had to buy tank pads to avoid sliding when accelerating). If not for performance, it's also about safety. A bike that handles the way you want it to is a safe bike. My bike tended to handle the way it wanted to. I would give this place 10 stars if I could!! Will def be back with a new bike or any weight changes (hopefully weight change for the better :)
