I called the Walgreens in Williamstown because I had a question with my husband’s medication. After holding for 20 minutes, they hung up on me. I decided to call the Walgreens in Washington Township because I really needed some answers. The pharmacist, Rhonda, spent a lot of time with me on the phone. She went through all my husband’s medications(Even though I use a different Walgreens than hers) and was able to give me some good advice. He had a recent Hospital stay and she even research the hospital doctor who prescribed the new medication and gave me their name and phone number so I could reach out direct. she’s awesome, great experience

Store offers curbside pickup. But doesn’t deliver. Only delivers atttitude. After waiting in my car for a good 10-15min, I tried calling the store and got hung up on. Came into the store and inquired about my order, and was told with much attitude… get this… they came to my car but no one was there. What….? Where was I then???? They simply told me my order is right there and to get it myself.I usually am not bothered, but not only was I in a time crunch (hence why I ordered curbside), but I have tons of invisible illnesses that makes curbside a better option. Literally in a month I get at least a dozen prescription medication when I am in “remission” and spend thousands there a month on my medication. They are also the least caring pharmacy I have encountered in my life. (Take plaquenil for example. A drug lupus patients depend on daily. Every month I am prescribed 60 pills. Have been for decades. During Covid, they offered me only 12 pills maximum. That would mean I would have to go to the pharmacy 5x just for ONE medication. Took that one script to Walmart where they see I have a standing order for them, and told me they made lupus patient a priority and they filled my entire script no problem.Only reason why I didn’t switch to Walmart was because they don’t have a drive through.)Anyways. This store has terrible attitude, doesn’t do their job lies and overall a terrible store. After this incident I switched all my medication to a different store. Won’t step foot in another Walgreens

The pharmacy staff went above and beyond for me. Things have gotten a lot better at this location as of lately.

This is the WORST pharmacy I have EVER used!!!! The woman I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude and one prescription that was just a packet, took 10 hours for them to fill it!!!!! Now my daughters eye drop script was sent last night and it’s 10:30 and STILL not filled! I will NEVER use these incompetent idiots again!!!

Absolutely deplorable service the blonde haired cashier creature with a mask on has a serious attitude problem. If you don't like working for Walgreens quit! Bashing Walgreens in front of customers isn't professional to say the least!

Drive through closed. Waited in line for 30 minutes to be told that there was a problem with the insurance- there is ALWAYS a problem with the insurance here and I haven't changed insurance since I was here 2 weeks ago. Then they say they didn't receive both prescriptions from urgent care. Phone ringing off the hook. Where are the employees??

What a baffling ordeal trying to get a COVID vaccine for myself and my family on a Saturday morning. The whole process took over an hour and a half. There were 3 people including the pharmacist working in the pharmacy department running the drop-off counter, the pick-up counter, and the flu and covid shots. When I arrived (early) for my scheduled appointment, I waited nearly 15 minutes before someone finally helped me. I was told twice in that time frame that someone would be with me in a minute. There was a lot of confusion about whether my insurance was accepted. It felt like that scene in Meet the Parents where the person at the airport check-in counter was endlessy typing on her computer to find a last minute flight for Ben Stiller. After over an hour of waiting with my two young children in the store, the line behind me started to stack up causing more waiting. Eventually, I got my vaccine, but they waited until after that to tell my wife that the insurance wouldn't let it go through and that we will likely get a bill for the shot they just gave me. Just a staggering amount of confusion and incompetence for a process that should have taken 15-30 minutes at the most. And after seeing all the people waiting and leaving after not being helped, I wouldn't dream of sending my prescriptions here.

Well this is still the worst!!!I have to say it is now time to leave Walgreens, I should have done this way back when..... Last night Monday night November 21st I for the 1st time stayed on hold with the pharmacy at Walgreens for one hour and 13 minutes....... I know I should have hung up but I was stubborn, I called the store line from my landline at home and a gentleman answered who was 0 help who had no idea no answers whatsoever so we hung up... I then waited a few more moments I called back and a very nice young lady answered the phone she was very surprised and upset to hear how long my wait time was. Not only was I on hold but there was supposedly 3 other callers in front of mine . She went back to the pharmacy to tell them to please pick up the phone because I did not want to go over again to pick up my scripts to find out that they were not ready. Anyway once the pharmacy picked up one hour and 15 minutes later she told me that they will not be answering their telephones forA while and that they are catching up on scripts from the past week and my scripts might not be ready ....... this is very customer care and over worked minimal staff.....When you phone in a prescription a week prior, you go to pick it up you assume it's done because you have not received the call from the pharmacy letting you know otherwise, why when you get there they tell you they're waiting for the doctor to send a script for the renewal? (And the young lady offers NO help) Why hasn't someone reached out to me so I can handle this we need to do their job as well.... not good. (This is not the first time) I've waited before posting a review... my review is for the pharmacy. I totally understand things have been crazy since covid but each and every time I came to pick up meds customers were kept waiting way to long and your staff always looks so stressed and overwhelmed makes some of them very unpleasant, understandable....You don't feel comfortable waiting in line .. Also you can stand in line watching at least 4 or more people scurrying around behind area but people in store still wait and wait and wait.... Sadly we had to get out of the drive-through line at least 4 times because it takes so long.... Understanding we have to deal with covid testing and shots but someone should have arranged this so much better its chaotic when you walk into the store and go to the pharmacy....

If I could rate 0 stars I would! I drove 30 minutes with my son to get his pediatric vaccination only to be told they don't have it. They couldn't even have the decency to call me and tell me it wasn't in stock. An hour round trip ride for absolutely nothing.

Unfortunately the lower reviews are correct. I’ve never seen a pharmacist that could care less. It seems as though the pharmacists believe that they should supersede what a doctor decides. Honestly it causes unnecessary stress for alot of patients. The best thing that patients can do is find a pharmacy that will actually care about the patient. Sad to say but after 20 something years, Walgreens just isn’t what it used to be.

I just tried to get a script transferred to them cause Good RX offered a lower price here. First person I spoke with was very nice and she called the other pharmacy to get it transferred and took my Good RX info. I called 2 days later and got another person, not so nice, who told me the other pharmacy has to call them. I told her the other person I spoke with said she was getting the script transferred. She said she would fill it and I asked if she had the Good Rx info. She said no I had to bring it in when I came to pick up. I waited a day to pick up hoping she wouldn’t be there cause her attitude wasn’t something I wanted to deal with.I went today to pick up my script only to be told it’s $50 more then what Good RX said it would be. I’ve been using Good RX for 5 years at multiple pharmacies and I’ve never had this happen. I was in the drive thru watching the 3 women working the pharmacy and my husband pointed out they were all talking and throwing looks my way. I then noticed it too.The pharmacist came to the window and told me sometimes the price with Good RX is wrong because what they have is a different manufacturer. Never heard of it but I left there without my script feeling like they didn’t agree with price personally.I don’t know how their system works but given the demeanor and the attitude I experienced I felt like it was personal. My husband had an issue years ago and apparently at Walgreens the pharmacist is given the discretion to fill a prescription. The pharmacist had refused his script at the time and refused to return it or transfer it. I thought I’d try to go back because the drug is an OTC drug that I get prescribed so I really didn’t think it’d be an issue. I called Rite Aid and he said he would call to get the script, we’ll see if the pharmacist will transfer it for me.

Can you give a pharmacy less than 1 star bc that’s what this pharmacy deserves. I mean, how can you get a partial fill on a prescription at one pharmacy. Only to be told the rest of the prescription was sent to another pharmacy that I never use?? I know what you’re thinking, that sounds ridiculous but I assure you this happened to me with the Sewell pharmacy. CVS here I come.
