Do not get packages delivered from this post office!! Just got a package delivered and they left my MAILBOX WIDE OPEN. But this wasn’t accident. They opened my mailbox and used the mailbox door as a shelf for the package leaving my mailbox wide open with my bills in it and everything. Amazon and everyone else can pull up and put it on the driveway without ENDANGERING MY MAIL AND MY PRIVACY. Absolutely disgusting behavior.

Passport services are abysmal. I walked in today to have my 3rd consecutive appointment canceled due to an emergency. I’ve booked an appointment in advance each time and every time, I get a call to cancel on the day. Today, no call. No voicemail. I shows up and he was out for a personal emergency.

I've been using this post office location for nearly 20 years, the staff has always been helpful and accommodating. If there's only one person at the counter the wait time can be pretty long but it's to be expected. The drivers we have delivering our mail are always so friendly!

I had a terrible experience with the Long Valley Post Office. They canceled our passport appointment just a few hours before it was scheduled, completely derailing our plans. This last-minute notice was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. We had planned around this appointment and now have to start the process all over again elsewhere. I will never use this post office again and cannot recommend their services to anyone seeking reliability or professionalism. USPS is a disgrace. Yet another government job that has lost all integrity.

Moms who are trying to get a passport for your child, do yourself a favor and do not try to get this done at the Long Valley Post office on Old Farmers road. Two appointments, both cancelled without notifying us until our family arrived there.
First excuse was the photo machine doesn't work. Okay cool, so I went and got photos at CVS.
Second excuse was there is only one clerk. She suggested I try a different Post Office.
I personally have lost all faith in this institution and we'll be working with Roxbury Library instead.

It's no secret, in the last 3 years, there have been a lot of changes within the Post Office (to put it one way). However, when mistakes have happened, the Long Valley Post Office has been so helpful, understanding, and professional. They managed to get a package sent to a different Washington rerouted and delivered to me 2 days later. Just now, I checked the tracking for one of my packages, and they managed to get it out for delivery today, minutes after it arrived at the hub. You guys are great! Keep up the awesome work!

I like the new clerk that’s filling in, Diana. She helped me with an issue that I had today, 6/21 and it was resolved quick. she was the only one there and there were 4 people in line and she included everyone in the conversation, even apologized as we walked up to the window. of course we were ok with it. needless to say, we all walked out with a smile on our face! thank you Mike for bringing her in

I don't n know what kind of crap you guys smoke at the post office but how can can you send my package of a weekend ride along through NJ. This package arrived at your location on June 9th and the you sent it to 3 other locations. Take your heads out of your asses and do your job with out simple mistakes. Maybe we need new Postmaster and some new reliable staff that is friendly and not rude.

I put my bill in the mailbox on May 1st or 2nd to literally go “down the road and around the bend.” It still hasn’t arrived there and it’s May 26th. Time to stop using USPS! They are absolutely awful!!!

Delivery drivers are constantly delivering my mail to random neighbors and I constantly get random neighbors mail delivered to my house. The house numbers aren't even the same. When we first moved here, they didn't deliver mail to our house and didn't even leave a note saying why. Apparently the delivery driver didn't recognize the names so he withheld them even though the house had a just sold sign out front for like 3 months. Poorly managed
