It's no secret, in the last 3 years, there have been a lot of changes within the Post Office (to put it one way). However, when mistakes have happened, the Long Valley Post Office has been so helpful, understanding, and professional. They managed to get a package sent to a different Washington rerouted and delivered to me 2 days later. Just now, I checked the tracking for one of my packages, and they managed to get it out for delivery today, minutes after it arrived at the hub. You guys are great! Keep up the awesome work!

I like the new clerk that’s filling in, Diana. She helped me with an issue that I had today, 6/21 and it was resolved quick. she was the only one there and there were 4 people in line and she included everyone in the conversation, even apologized as we walked up to the window. of course we were ok with it. needless to say, we all walked out with a smile on our face! thank you Mike for bringing her in

I don't n know what kind of crap you guys smoke at the post office but how can can you send my package of a weekend ride along through NJ. This package arrived at your location on June 9th and the you sent it to 3 other locations. Take your heads out of your asses and do your job with out simple mistakes. Maybe we need new Postmaster and some new reliable staff that is friendly and not rude.

I put my bill in the mailbox on May 1st or 2nd to literally go “down the road and around the bend.” It still hasn’t arrived there and it’s May 26th. Time to stop using USPS! They are absolutely awful!!!

Delivery drivers are constantly delivering my mail to random neighbors and I constantly get random neighbors mail delivered to my house. The house numbers aren't even the same. When we first moved here, they didn't deliver mail to our house and didn't even leave a note saying why. Apparently the delivery driver didn't recognize the names so he withheld them even though the house had a just sold sign out front for like 3 months. Poorly managed

Several times I have tried to get my mail from the lobby post boxes. It says open til 515.They are not.510 arrival... locked tight.Not the first time either.

There have been a couple of times that I had to call to find out where a piece of mail was. Ray always answers, is always willing to help and each time resolved the issue quickly. It's nice to have that personal interaction and not be pushed through an automated system that doesn't produce results.

They deliver packages late when they're in the office, and are barely open. They are only open in the middle of the day on weekdays, which isn't useful to anyone.
