Mitch and the crew at Smith were phenomenal to work with for the purchase of our new zero turn. Mitch was knowledgeable, professional and friendly from beginning to end, and he really made the experience pleasant. On the shop/garage side of the business, the guys in the garage did a bang up job too, and had our equipment prepped and ready for loading at the specified time. After having used the new machine several times now, to say I’m happy with the machine and Mitch of Smith Tractors would be an understatement. Thanks Mitch!

Had my machine serviced here and they did not do the work they charged me for I will be taking my machine elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and never do business with the smith family.

Purchased a New Holland tractor and a few implements over time. Each time, Mitch and the rest of the staff have been very helpful. Any questions or issues I have had were promptly addressed. I appreciate the direct no hassle/haggle attitude they offered.

Horrible lying owner Mr. Smith is never do Bussiness with this company or anything this man is involved in. After you sign and pay them unless your buying something they will not return call or assist with the dishonesty and lying that they promised you. I’ve been calling for three weeks now no one will return my phone call. Some sweet lady is the only person that picks up there promising me she passing this on to her boss and has done so many times she unsure why he isn’t call back.

This company was once great for parts and service information. Unfortunately, they went downhill fast. I called the service department with questions about how to remove my hydraulic fuel lines for the loader on my tractor. The guy told me: "Oh boy, that's tough!" I asked him for the procedure and he told me: "Use TLC." I called another dealer and they explained the procedure with great detail. My last time doing business with Smith Tractor.

Bought a tractor from Mitch 2 weeks ago. It was the most pleasant transaction that I have ever dealt with. He wasn’t pushy and was very informative and steered me in the correct direction.

Ordered a marker light for my 555A backhoe was shocked when I found out it was almost $200 on a $20 light and the mounting bracket was completely different which required drilling out my cab. Smith tractor refused to return my money with the sad excuse it was an electrical part completely ignoring the fact it was the wrong light. 200 reasons never to return to Smith tractor and equipment.

Dropped off a tractor tire which i was told should be complete within an hour the following day. The following day I called and he said it will b complete but if delayed to “grab a coffee.” I waited an additional 30 minutes before leaving (1 hour away) to ensure it would’ve been complete by my time of arrival. Rather when I arrived they needed an additional day because the manager Eric failed to speak with his mechanics …. Proceeded to get in my face when I said this is ridiculous. They have lost my farms business, hopefully they treat your time and money with more respect than they showed me.Seems like all the mechanics are very nice guys and know what they’re doing, however their manager needs to evaluate himself and how he runs his operation.

Great experience all the way around. Had what I wanted in a tractor . More importantly, had what I wanted in service and support. I will never go anywhere else unless I outlive them. Thanks Mitch and team.
