I had a wonderful experience here! The staff was incredibly kind and took the time to explain everything to me, which I really appreciated. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and inviting. Overall, a very pleasant visit!

Service department is terrible. My car came back in worse shape then when i dropped it off. Would not recommend buying a car here just based off the incompetence of the service department. An absolute horrible experience that still hasn’t been solved.

Both Tyler and Daniel Smith were unbelievably fantastic with the purchase of our new Ford Explorer. Can’t express enough what a wonderful experience it was buying from this dealership. It was worth making the trip from North Jersey - it was smooth and easy! Would highly suggest getting your next car from this dealership and working with both Tyler and Daniel. Thank you!!

The service advisor's quote for replacing my truck's brake pads and rotors was significantly overpriced. I opted to take my truck to a different Ford dealership, where the identical service was completed at a substantially lower price.

I see the service reviews and I am relieved to see we weren’t the only ones. Ours was about a year ago or so and never went back since. Kinda bummed because the Fred Beans Nissan in Flemington was so awesome when selling me my pre-owned F150. Loved the staff in Flemington. The service dept here in Washington was so disappointing. Fred should really review and make some changes. Still searching for a better Ford dealer because I also purchased the bumper to bumper extension on warranty and do not want to go here in Washington again.

Tyler is a professional - top notch. He listened and understood exactly what I wanted and helped me over the course of many months to put me in the right truck. I couldn’t have asked for more. This transaction was smooth and felt right.

Disappointed with ford altogether. Why do you have to pay for a computer update. It should be on ford since their product is faulty

Very efficient and very helpful. The procedure to comply with coronavirus restrictions was effective without hampering service. Staff attitude was excellent.

Dead Mouse in a Stank vehicle!! After driving over 2 hrs to see a vehicle we called about a day prior and made an appt. We informed Fred we were on our way. We was not greeted at all but wonder the office looking for help once we tracked someone down we was told to wait by the vehicle in the rain. We came back cause the dealer took so long. Now still not able to look at the truck we was ask to for our license to recorded…. Now here’s the worst part upon being told they be making no repairs to the vehicle it’s as is I complain several times about the smell until my brother found a Dead rotten mouse in the arm rest. To top off the manure smell.

They give you a time to get vehicle there and estimated time to do the work. They give it to a tech 4-1/2 hours after time they wanted it. They do not finish the work that day and do not notify me that I would be without the vehicle that full day and night. They then lie to me the next day that the tech actually started the work on time.
Communication was poor and work that should have taken 2 hours was not done the same day. They did not even know the status of the vehicle when I called at 7:30 the next morning. They
finally called at 9:30 that work was complete but they needed to order a part

Just dealing with the service department.
This service department is truly terrible! They are so bad it is a Hollywood cliché of car service departments. My husband brought my Escape in because of electrical issues, such as: every light on the dash would light up for no reason which would disengage the AC/heat and door locks, or none of the dash lights would work and the back light would just shut off (which was really fun at night). Anyway, all they did, for a week, was test the battery that consistently read as dead because all the sensors in my vehicle were simply FUBAR. They had my husband leave work to pick up the battery from them, bring it to Advanced Auto to have them test it (it was F’ing fine) then bring the battery back to them. After this, they asked him if he wanted to take the car back because the battery was fine. Um…? What? No. We want you to fix the electrical issues. They then continued, for the next 3 days, to plug the reader thing in and tell us that the battery is too drained to do any tests. That, and give my husband a rude attitude for not being able to leave work again to take the battery back to advanced auto again. They weirdly refused to open whatever the car equivalent is to a circuit box to physically see if anything is even loose or unplugged for… I want to say… 2 weeks…? Eventually, after this stalemate, they had a senior mechanic open it and I found out that the ‘circuit box’ is called an ‘instrument cluster’ and my car needed a whole new one (car battery- still fine). So, my husband ordered a used one because the mark-up they put on this part was absolutely insane! After they had the car for a month (start to finish), I guess they finally wined and dined her enough to get it in, and with a new to her instrument cluster, she came home an experienced woman.
Then, the saga continued. With everything they charged us for the escape, my husband was told he had enough points or whatever for a free oil change. Now, we absolutely never wanted to go back to this place ever again, but it was free and after everything they put us through, we were going to use our points. My husband takes his truck in and wouldn’t you know it- nope! Not free. It was the same man, same account, same points, but different car. If that was not the slimiest, dirtiest, kick in the balls I don’t know what is and they got yet another $100 from us.
TL; DR The service department is a (Hollywood) stereotypical money gouger. I would only recommend them to my worst enemy in place of the classic verbiage: “Go to hell”. (It’s the same thing.)

Absolutely rude service
