very honest and respectful experience. the staff is very straightforward and friendly. been to other zero star dealerships, this one is above and beyond. I'd rather travel the 40+ miles to get my car serviced than go to a closer dealership! i live within 5 miles of another dealership and prefer Fred Beans much more!
