Wish I could give them zero stars. What kind of company pawns off your call and never answers back? I need to get my Ford serviced for a safety recall, and I got transferred THREE TIMES before they put me on hold for over an hour. Hung up and never calling back. I know u ain't busy, but you're god damn lazy!
