placed a shop from home order at Shop Rite of Sewell for delivery 2/10/2023; after receiving a text stating order delivered, I spent an hour checking outside my apartment...no delivery. Called Shop Rite, got a song and dance; finally called rental office here at apartment complex....THEY had my missing order. It was delivered to AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT building within the 27 building complex. Think more than once before ordering from THIS store, delivery service is pathetic

Visited January 4, 2022. The ShopRite in Sewell (on Egg Harbor rd.) is a joke. Plenty of selections but that's about it. They clearly don't care about the customer. They provide these enormous, tank like, shopping carts that inevitably create traffic jams in most of the aisles. I didn't see any other option for a smaller versions. On top of these jam ups, created by this enormous carts there were several impassable aisles jammed by surly employees blocking the way. The only option was to back out of the aisle and try my luck another way. What is wrong with this management that makes their employees so unhappy. At the end of my shopping adventure there was an incredible crush of shoppers trying to find the beginning of one of the few checkout lines that happen to be open. As I said in the beginning the selection at this store is pretty good, however the price you pay in aggravation to get out of the store is not worth. This store would be so much better if their management took a ride over the ShopRite store on 1077 Mantua Pike in West Deptford. The store is laid out in a customer friendly manner. Smaller shopping carts are abundantly available and they actual open more check lines as needed. As it stands right now Sewell ShopRite is not worth going to especially if your having a good day, because I guarantee your mood will be very different when you come home.

Shoprite at Home has gone down hill. It's a great service that is reasonable, but lately they substitute for ridiculous things. Example French Vanilla Expresso instead of regular coffee, or they say they are out of things that I find when I go in. They forget to add items I have to call about. They blame it on being short staffed which I get but when you have to end up going shopping AFTER you paid for and relied this service its a problem. My last order I had to call about a crazy substitution. They said they were going to fix it. I never got the item. I think I'm done with ShopRite in general.

The worst customer service. I would like to give it Zero stars but it's not allowed. I highly recommend not buying any good already prepared at this shoprite. I recently purchased sushi that taste like it had cleaning chemicals in it. I called the store to inform them and the associate who I spoke with did not apologize for the inconvenience nor did he ask what exactly did I have to make sure it's pulled for customers safety.

I shop at Shoprite, 382 Egg Harbor Rd Sewell NJ . March/09/2921 2:45 pm Today I just needed a quick pick up of 2 bags of frozen shrimp, Went to 1st isle self checkout next to customer service, when I realized that I didn't have my Shoprite Price Plus Card with me, I politely ask the cashier ( a young guy ) if could help me get the discount price, he turn around said something to a women, (she was stand right next to the front door that day , she look like she have a hard life) immediately she took 2 bags of shrimp put right back to the freezer and came right to me and asked me "you can't pay for your stuffs ? you leave your money at home ?" I told her I just don't have Shoprite Price Plus Card, she just walked away . I turn around to the customer service & manager ask for help , they said : nothing they can do if I don't have a shoprite plus card . After 1/2 hour back and forth with them I had to walk to my car and get the Shoprite Price Plus Card and then go back to the store to buy 2 bags of shrimp at the discounted price !!! I had a very busy day and wanted get it done , otherwise Shoprite is to get my shopping done but in the future I will not be shopping's this Shoprite.

Whyyyyyyy does ShopRite offer rotten produce? The amount of time wasted picking through wet, rotten, brown, disgusting produce to find the 1 decent but incredibly over priced vegetable or piece of fruit is just pitiful. Also, their greens are soaked with the freshening water spray which I'm sure means I'm paying even more because it weighs more. I also can't write a review without bringing up the fact that trying to find anything on your shopping list is next to impossible.... the most unorganized store on the planet. I am truly not sure who designed this place but it makes 0 sense. Several normal culinary items not available... or I just can't find them. Goodness, I could go on with this rant for much longer but I'll spare you. Actually, spare yourself and just don't shop here.

Recently moved to Sewell and have begun shopping at the Bottino ShopRite-Sewell having previously shopped at the Zaile Shoprite- Gloucester Township. Bought potato salad at Bottino thinking it would be as good as Zaile's. Wrong. It was the worse potato salad ever. I was assured by the attendant that there was egg in the potato salad and there wasn't. The potato's had the consistency of cardboard and the overall flavor was not good. I was embarrassed to serve it at our bbq. The donuts are soft and mushy. I'll be getting non-packaged items; deli, bakery, prepared meals, at Acme or back to Zaile. Was used to one stop shopping but now must store hop. Anthony
