These guys are very professional! I had to wait 2 weeks to get into the shop but the clerk was so nice and efficient I was willing to wait. Service was quick and communication very straightforward. This might be my new local shop

Not the expected experience given the good reviews this shop has however my experience here was not good. They fixed my original issue (no start), however some issues lingered post repair to my harness.
Once they re-emerged I noted them and brought back the vehicle, explaining the issue I was having, they charged me 80 bucks to tighten a tray and terminal connectors to my battery, blaming the issue on this (which at the time, sure it makes sense and I understand labor has a cost).
I drive it the next day and the same issue occurs, I call and tell them and they can’t get me in for 2 weeks (fine, they are busy and that is good for them).
I understand some mechanics don’t want any input from the customer but I usually work on this myself and did basic testing and noted the discrepancies from what the PCM was reporting vs what was being read at the terminals. I noted this down and told them when I called what I thought it might be, and left the note when I dropped it off.
Jeff called in a bad mood, asked me what I wanted to look at and I just reiterated that I left the note and told him what I thought was the issue (same as the last time I dropped it off). He seemed upset that I left a note and kept saying I had no check engine codes and I said I know and tried to explain the issue but he got very irate with me. Jeff called me cocky for simply trying to explain what the vehicle was doing, and I said last time I brought it the issue was not fixed and I am just trying to help.
Jeff got loud with me and threatened to not look at it and I said fine, leave it out front.
The front desk guy is always cool, anyone I dealt with inside or on the phone was professional (minus Jeff). I think Jeff might need a vacation or something considering the level of agitation he got was almost immediate.

I ended up calling them because it was recommended by a guy name Dylan that works with my dad in township. I made an appointment to bring my car here cause my car needed to get fixed for my coolant leak since the dealership never took care of it and I needed my battery check as well. Well here I am so glad that I took my car here because after putting all that money out from the dealership to the point they couldn’t fix my vehicle properly . This place I took it too fixed my car and fixed what was wrong with it. Apparently my water pump broke and they took care of it and at a reasonable price. My original price for my car was $442 but since I was paying in cash the guy only charged me $400. From now on I am bringing my car here to this place for all of my car fixings and when I need my oil change done . I am beyond happy and so blessed that my car is fixed and still running good :)
