Customer Service is always good. The suits are good quality. And they are usually very good with timing. The one negative was when my son went in for his final fitting he said the older woman rude and aggressive.

Wonderful experience! The owner and each employee were so helpful and patient. They helped us figure out what we needed when we weren't sure heading in. Tailoring very well done. Highly recommend.

Mixed reviews on this business. My husband and son went here for my daughters wedding. At their visit for measurements, everything went great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Tuxes came into store literally two days before the wedding. We received the phone call they were in at 9pm, well after business hours. We went next day for final fitting. The woman was extremely rude!! She told me I should not be there since the appointment was not for me., mind you my son is a minor! Both of their tuxedos needed alterations. She said she would place the order, but would not arrive in time since the wedding was the next day. Then she suggested maybe switching tux colors, and even min and matching them (grey jackets with black pants). You can tell she was very overwhelmed since there were other customers in the store at one time. Alterations were done and they had to pick up the day of the wedding. The staff that say, and the day we returned them were extremely pleasant!

Overworn tuxedo's, rude, condescending customer service, expensive rentals and demanding phone calls in the morning the day the tux is due back (even though you were told I work and would return it later in the day.) Go buy a tux-you'll only have to wear it 3 times to get back what it would cost to rent it.

Rudi's was phenomenal. Had our wedding earlier this month and I couldn't have been happier with Rudi's. I had multiple Groomsmen from out of state and with the multiple locations in the Tri-State area my groomsmen were able to go get measured and have their measurements in the system. Rudi's promptly reached out to tell us when to pick up our tuxedos before the wedding. I would definitely use Rudi's Tuxedo in the future.

Three years ago, I rented a tuxedo from Rudi's, and I had such a great experience I decided to return.
When we walked in, Kathy seemed annoyed that we needed tuxedos. She was not welcoming. We made our selections; then, she took our information. She asked, "what's your name." I gave her my first name and started to spell it, as there are many ways to spell it. She snapped back and said YOUR LAST NAME angrily. I was taken aback at how angry she became. After that outburst, it was time to try on the tuxedo. During this process, she was rough and forceful. "Put your arms to the side," or "stand in front of the mirror," but it wasn't exactly where she expected and would push or pull hard for some reason. I've rented a tuxedo at least once a year for the last 12 years, and no one has EVER spoken to me in such a horrible way!
By this time, I was so angry I had stopped listening to her and couldn't wait to leave. She told me to come back after the 14th for a final fitting, but I was supposed to wait until I received a text. When I returned, Kathy was again there and began to yell at me for coming in before I got the text. "I TELL ALL OUR CUSTOMERS TO WAIT UNTIL THEY GET THE TEXT," SHE YELLED. The tuxedo had arrived earlier that day, so at least I got to try it on and have it altered, but the vest wasn't there. She said, "do not come back until I call you when the vest is here."
When I finished and got in my car and started to call other tuxedo rental shops in the area to see if they could accommodate me, I would have canceled my order and gone anywhere else if possible.
The woman who measured my jacket was charming, professional, and kind, the opposite of Kathy. I received another text and a phone call to return and try everything on. When I returned the next day, Kathy sent me away and said don't come back until the vest is here.
When I came back, Kathy wasn't there. It was the same woman that helped me with the jacket alterations. What a different experience! She greeted me as I walked in and made me feel welcome. She has the right touch to make you enjoy the experience of renting a tuxedo. She was happy, confident, and complementary. When we returned our tuxedos, she was working and was excited to hear about our experience. When we left, my stepson said, based on our interaction with her, he would recommend this place to anyone but couldn't because of our interaction with Kathy.
In all my 53 years, no one has spoken to me in such a horrible manner. Kathy is a terrible person working in your business and has probably chased away returning customers. I certainly will not return and do not recommend Rudi's as a place to rent your tuxedo.
I am sorry I spent $430 at a place that treated me so poorly and was unprofessional.

I recently purchased a suit from Rudi’s and it was an amazing experience. Lisa, Frank, and the whole staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. If you are in need of any formal wear, Rudi’s is the place for you.

My son has been in 2 weddings, but never a prom. We decided on Rudi's, because we love to support local businesses. We received SO MUCH MORE than we were expecting. The service was very personal, made my son feel like he was a MAN! *Thank you for your recommendations & your personal attention to my son. I would highly recommend & will definitely go back for his Senior Prom & any other reasons he may need a tux!!! Everyone very friendly & accommodating! Made his Junior Prom experience THAT MUCH BETTER! ❤️ ? THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!
