Rite Aid is a favorite drug store known for its cleanliness, quality products, and helpful, polite staff. Customers feel welcome as they are greeted upon entering and exiting the store. However, experiences at the pharmacy can vary. One standout employee, Dr. Marwa, received praise for her outstanding service, efficiently resolving a complex insurance issue with a brand medication. Overall, while the retail experience is positive, the pharmacy service may not always match that standard.
The is one of my favorite drug stores because of the cleanliness of this store, the service they provide and the quality of the products they sell.

Amazing helpful and polite staff that make you feel welcome, making it a point to greet who enters and exits the store. Unfortunately the experience you get from the pharmacy is the complete opposite (I'll leave it at that).

Dr. Marwa assisted me in the pharmacy today and her service was outstanding! I had a complex issue involving my insurance company coverage on brand medication. She resolved this issue in a few minutes and I was on my way. Thank you Dr. Marwa!
