This store is far better than CVS or Walgreens. They always have the prescription ready on time and they actually answer the phone if you need to talk to someone in the pharmacy dept. Walgreens never answers their pharmacy and put you on hold which is forever (40 minutes)and so you just disconnect. CVS is always out of the drug you need.

This pharmacy has gone downhill in the past couple years. My doctor had sent over a prescription that could only be sent by her, I get a confirmation text from rite aid saying it would be filled on the 15th. So when I go there to check the status of the prescription, they say the doctor never sent over anything. I showed them the text from rite aid and the the guy behind the counter wouldn't even look at me, like he could care less. I then called my doctor and they told me the exact minute it was sent over. I tried to ask the employee behind the pharmacy counter how that could happen and he would answer.

Great pharmacy. Tranferred from CVS and really happy with Pharmacy. Really good Pharmacist, don't remember his name. He helped and made the transition smooth. I think his name is J.

Absolutely ridiculous after a certain time of day the employees get nasty why I don't know but every time I go into the store someone has an attitude that's working behind the register. The only reason that I keep going here is because it's convenient. ?

Night time cashier was grumpy, did not greet me as I walked in. She did not even say a word to me when I did my transaction. Will not shop here again.

I love this Rite Aid. I’m mean the one at 490 Hurfville-Crosskeys Rd in Sewell, both the pharm and front of store. For those reviewers complaining, please give these guys a break, they do a great job and work very hard. Thank you RiteAid!!

Terrible customer service from the people in the pharmacy. They are not friendly, it feels more like your a bothering them and you always have to wait for someone at least several minutes before they acknowledge you're standing there waiting for assistance.
