This place truly bailed me out today. It is the last home game for Belvidere high school varsity girls soccer this afternoon. They always order the pink shirts for breast cancer and mine was the only order that didn't go through. Despite the pickup being only 3 days ago, I called and they pressed a shirt so my daughter wasn't the only one without. That is true customer service! Thank you abilities!

This place saved my marriage! At 8am we had a video call to sign our marriage license but did not have the complete forms. I googled print shops and PrintAbilities came up. Ran here, out of breath, in the rain, asking for any help to please print our marriage license as we have no printer. They were happy to help! WOW! Absolutely wonderful people that provide wonderful service!

Editing my review. At first glance I was happy with my t-shirts, but putting a few through the wash, small patches of ink started to tear off. Also, originally when I was discussing the design and print order with them, I had sent them a sample image/wip of the image that was 72 DPI jpg. I way told to send the file PDF. I finished up my design and sent the PDF in 300 DPI. My sample 72 DPI was printed up instead. I let it go, however...even though the order was $324.Next when the ink started to rip on the first wash, I returned the shirts and showed the issue to the receptionist, who was extremely kind and apologetic. She noticed the issue clearly.Today I received an email from the manager telling me nothing is wrong with the quality and the shirts passed quality inspection.Another point about this was that I was in discussions with the shop about getting the shirts done by a certain date since I vend at art shows, and I wanted to have the shirts done by the date of a show I had. They got them done in time, but because of the issues and having to return them, I did not have them for the show. So not only did I pay over $300 for faulty shirts, but I also took a financial hit by not being able to sell them at the art show I had planned them for. And as of now, no refund or discount has been offered. Which originally I didn't even bring up or expect, because as an independent artist I UNDERSTAND that things happen like this. I also don't mind supporting the foundation, but to be later be told that nothing is wrong with the shirts is not okay.I'm only giving 2 stars because the staff I spoke to was nice.*EDIT*After some back and forth for the week, they agreed to issue us a refund. My final feeling through all this is that if you're thinking of getting something screen printed that is just text, a small size logo, or something for non profit, you should go to them, because this operation benefits people in a well meaning manner. If you are a for profit business and/or require a big job with a full illustrative piece, you should know there is chance of some imperfections that could affect the artwork, however.
