Absolutely LOVE this storage facility! Henry made it flawless for us to get our unit asap. He is the tops of the top with his sweet demeanor, helpful nature and diligence. Always makes it a pleasure to see him when we out at our unit, gracious and very welcoming. He represents Prime Storage like a shiny star! He should be recognized for a job he does oh so well!!!

Just finished getting a second unit at the Washington location.
Larry, the GM got a call from an irate customer from a different location and quickly defused and solved the situation while also giving me top-notch customer service. He exemplifies great customer service and should be commended for his great work and the face he puts in his company.

This place has been wonderful to us from day 1! We were in a situation that we needed a unit asap, but then had to move 4 hrs away! Larry, the GM is absolutely the best! After my dad passed & we got behind on things due to handling my dad's affairs..Larry made sure we weren't going to lose our unit..which holds our life & so much of my dad's memories in there. I'm really glad we chose to do business here and I would absolutely recommend Prime Storage in Washington, NJ to anyone that needs a storage unit!!

I use prime storage Washington unit and I must say Larry is the utmost professional. Since the moment I rented a unit until anytime I have a question he is always been there. If you need a storage unit go see Larry in Washington and you will be treated with the utmost respect and he will answer any questions you might have.
