Air bubbles under decal on hood, the detailer, a guy in shorts and a t-shirt, disagrees. Subaru corp of America cant overrule this?
Uniforms go a long way to gaining customer satisfaction. I detailed cars years ago at a dealership and we wore uniforms. Feel like they're all about rhe sale and after that you can go s*** in your hat. BUY AMERICAN.

Happy to buy car here, they give me a good price. But not happy with the car today. My car just got water overheat when first time drive in high way today about 10 miles from my home.

Take your car anywhere else for service but here. They have no idea what they are doing and will go through all of your car. I had to reconnect some wires after asking them to check my battery. They didn't fix anything so I still need to go somewhere else but I had to still pay $200

Parts department told me otp they had on stock and then drive all the way here for a sorry we don't have it but can order in for tomorrow.. wasted my time

Bought two cars there (Subarus of course) and had oil changes now on both of them. I think the prices for service are competitive with other places if you get the same oil quality, and I trust the dealer a lot more. The facilities are immaculate, there's a waiting area with refreshments and comfortable seating, and the staff is friendly and professional. I've not usually had service done at the dealer except for warranties, but I plan on using Prestige for my regular maintenance as well.

Customer service for the parts department is just angry and seems to take it out on their customers bought a part after giving the information they asked for VIN ect. Then I received it instantly noticed it was not correct and was told its my fault and not refund able still in packaging thanks for nothing and insulting me saying its my fault i would think the dealer could find the correct part after giving the vehicle information thats was asked of me.

After dealing with other dealerships and their "salesmen", I decided to try Prestige.DAN CAREY IS THE BEST !! Honest, courteous, knowledgeable, informative and very helpful. He was A True Pleasure To Deal With; therefore I decided to purchase my first Subaru from Dan at Prestige. Antonio, the manager, was very courteous and welcoming. He took the time to introduce himself and have a conversation ( he didn't hide behind a wall). The accessibility of management proves alot to a customer..
