My Mom has been trying for over a month now to have her accounts changed after my father's passing. She has been in twice with paperwork asked of her and has had no follow up to any phone calls placed. She has met with both Lauren and Trent. I have now called the branch to ask what it going on. I would just close my accounts, but she doesn't want to do that. Do better PNC.

Disappointing Customer Service ExperienceI recently had a deeply unsatisfactory experience with PNC Bank that compelled me to share my frustration. I encountered an issue where my cash withdrawal was short by $100, and the subsequent handling of the situation by PNC was disheartening.Firstly, despite my attempts to resolve the matter promptly, there was a noticeable delay in their follow-up. Shockingly, the manager, rather than addressing the issue directly, claimed to be too busy with other matters, delegating the follow-up to a bank teller. This lack of direct involvement from higher-ups left me feeling neglected and undervalued as a customer.Adding to my disappointment, when the issue was escalated, the bank outright refused to review surveillance cameras, casting doubt on my honesty. This refusal, coupled with the dismissive attitude of the dispute team, painted a picture of a customer service system that lacked accountability and a genuine commitment to resolving issues.In a time when customer trust is paramount, my experience with PNC Bank has left me questioning the integrity of their service. I hope this feedback prompts improvements in their procedures and reinforces the importance of swift and thorough customer issue resolution.

Sold some furniture the buyer gave me a check for $1100 took the check to the bank it was drawn on PNC Washington Township they told me since I don't have a account with them there's a 2% fee to cash the check I apologize for my language but WTF greed avoid this bank!!!

My account was closed for $5 dollars. I have been with PNC bank for years and to closed my account for $5 dollars and, I have a available balance of $775 dollars I don't understand why the money wasn't just taken out of my available balance. Now I have no way to get my money out of my account. This bank is horrible and stay away n if available go to another bank . PNC is not a great bank smh

DO NOT USE TELLERS OUTSIDE. SENT THEM 1547 THROUGH A TUBE AND TOLD ME I ONLY HAD 1247 HAD MOSTLY 100 DOLLAR BILLS 4 50S 220 IN 20S. MY BILLS WERE NEW SO MAYBE THEY STUCK TOGETHER ASKED HER TO SEND WHOLE AMOUNT BACK. THERE WAS 6 50 DOLLAR BILLS. WENT INSIDE BC SOMETHING IS WRONG LADY TOLD ME SHE DID NOT EXCHANGE ANY BILLS THIS IS WHAT I GAVE HER, WHEN I KNOW FOR A FACTS I DID NOT. I AM A BARTENDER I TRIPLE COUNTED MY MONEY. IT WAS NOT WRONG. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY. I AM CALLING CORPORTE TO GET THIS HANDLED BUT DO NOT GO HERE. NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE OLD TELLERS BUT NEW PEOPLE AND NOW THIS?? SCAM!! WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS!

I called PNC to open a business checking account. The woman I spoke with online was %100 on point and very nice. I then arrived here for my appointment. I worked with a guy named Chris...also %100 on point and a very cool character. I look forward to working with PNC and highly recommend other businesses to do the same.

This branch location and staff have always been great! We've got several accounts including a HELOC and they are jot very easy to work with and super pleasant to boot

Bought a home in the area a few weeks ago and made a visit to my local PNC for deposits to a business account along with my personal account. The teller, Lauren, was less than friendly to say the least and it rubbed me the wrong way. I have been on the fence about PNC after being a loyal customer for over 15 years but there customer service is subpar which is a big deal to me when there are so many other bank options available to me.
