“I was in this past Saturday and I had to leave this review. When I walked into the store, I was greeted with a smile by an amazing young man, Jacob, an associate there. He also asked if he could help me with anything and pointed me towards the photo lab. He came over to check on me while I was working on printing a few photos. He grabbed my prints from the printer, while I was shopping for something else and brought them to the counter for me. He was very courteous and helpful for my whole visit! This young man certainly understands what good customer service is and genuinely cares about his job & his customers! I was just blown away by Jacob! I told the manager what an asset he was to his team & he agreed. I also asked him to give Jacob a raise & I wasn’t joking. I told Jacob to keep up the good work and that he is certainly going places! I wish I could find out in 5 years what he is up to, because I am certain great things are yet to come for him! May God Bless you, Jacob!”
“In October 2022 I had my Covid shot. Immediately had pain. …until December…when orthopedic doctor. The nurse put needle in wrong spot. I contacted the manager and he said…that happened to my wife and they haven’t done anything. I wrote Vice President and president letters and still no response. Have medical bills. “Acme is a go-to for certain items. You have to shop the sales here. Great deals on meats, soda, and whatever is highlighted in the advertisement. They also have hot wheels! The only complaint is carts are unavailable a lot. Grab one upon exiting your vehicle. Grab the circular too. Self checkout is awesome here.”
